Coincidentally, I just got some Flag promo where the word "Mecca" is used repeatedly,

"Mecca construction..."
"...recruitment for the Mecca..."
"...open the Mecca..."
"Mecca recruiter..."
"Mecca tower"

Coincidence???
They haven't used the 'Mecca' slogan in a while.

It seems to be the official name for the building. They can't call it the "Super Power Building" because it will be used for more than Super Power, as well as that name sounding weird outside of Scn circles. It would also invite the contraction "the SP Building," which is a big no-no, of course. Since Hubbard's insistence on positioning tech decreed Flag come up with "Flag is the Mecca of technical perfection" they are stuck with "mecca" and so the "Mecca Building" is in keeping, if uninspiring.

There's an earlier ESMB thread on alternative names for the building. I don't think "Mecca Building" was one of them.

For any NOI people to go beyond Book One or nerve assists, there is going to have to be some SERIOUS "ethics handlings" as these people are way off into UFO salvation, hating Jews, blaming whitey, and have a history or mass killing of whites( Sacramento Zebra murders, 1970's). Some women who toured Flag followed up their nerve assists with a UFO sighting( probably Venus) and reading about how UFOs communicate with us. Pat Harney has her work cut out for her. I would say all of them are not qualed for Flag auditing. Maybe Tampa Org will get some trafffic?

Probably very few. Marty's original post on the subject is the first 'credible' information I've seen on the subject; credible, not because he said it, but because he referenced the FoI site itself and Farrakhan's 'sermon'. The rest follows.

I've heard some rumors over the past months, but have usually discounted them as 'too bizarre' and lacking data to take seriously, although a loose connection isn't all that surprising.

But, Marty's post was something else too; I suspect it was a 'Trial Balloon' sent up to 'see who salutes'. And, it was shot down pretty quickly, even among his most gushing of sycophants. (With some exceptions) And, I suspect that would and will be the general reaction by Scn 'Public' too.

So, we have a case of Marty publishing a revelation with positive spin, followed by aghast reaction and a quick back-pedal. Right now that particular thread seems closed to comment, or, at least there are no new ones showing up.

But, no worries, Marty has promised more 'in depth' thought 'around' Sunday
