Actually, the offices and berthing spaces at flag, in the 80's, were almost all unhealthy, collapsing, not maintained, neither renovated, with plumbing leaking, mold contaminated..and squatted with huge coackroaches...

But but but..

The saturday morning white gloves inspection was mandatory...

Your space would be declared unhealthy upon public heath inspection but there wouldn't be any dust on the only chest of drawers for the 8 beds confined in a space of 10X10. If any dust would be found on the white glove...then you would get a flunk and would not be released for personnal time.
The retard cultist...proceeding to this important task, was vey very thorough in performing such selective inspection.
