I looove how he says (speaking for all Anons) that they just want to eradicate Scn completely (thought police, anyone?) when, point of fact, I've personally been told by several anons that they don't mind if Scn'ists do FZ stuff. You have a weird idea of resolved. This below is the nearest to "resolution".
No specifics have been given yet as to what lie Marty said.
Marty made an initial response re the phone call, later a more measured response, and the actual phone call remains on his site, less the file sharing has ended.
Marty was told war was decalared on scientology, Marty is a scientologist.
Some one claimed some comments were deleted from Marty's website.
Why not post them here?
All I see is claims he lied and no specifics.

Dox were provided in the form of a nice, modern convenience called an mp3 file. What Marty says the call contains is not evident. Marty deliberately missed the point of the call and tried to characterize it as an attack on his personal beliefs, when the caller is clearly asking if he intends to resurrect the Scientology org, or if he really intends to help take down Scientology.
Most of the call involved us listening to Marty ramble about Ken Kesey and defending the tech. Not the sort of thing you go on and on about if you feel threatened. Anon barely got a word in edgewise, it was hardly an attack. There was no arrogance, no rudeness, and no threats.
Specific examples? Start with his so-called KKK claim. It's bullshit, was never said. What Marty DID say, repeatedly, was "I appreciate your viewpoint." Was that a lie, Marty?
Or his claim the caller refused to identify himself- the caller did so immediately. (His name IS James, not that that didn't stop Marty from calling him a liar at the outset.)
It was Marty who refers to the 'swamp,' ie, "I'm up to my ears in alligators."
You could easily find the rest if you bothered yourself to listen (clearly you did not), but you've already chosen to buy Marty's tale of mean anons who attacked his religion.

It is an attack on his personal beliefs. The caller mentions several times that Marty says he believes the tech works, indicating the former's displeasure with this each and every time.

Well, it's like this: all they wanted to do is have Marty to explain his intentions in an honest manner, but expecting a Scientologist TELL THE TRUTH, is like expecting a dog to perform algebra.

Sorry, as I said. I'm tired. People are individuals. Hell, one handle I used to do during PTS handlings after some Scio did something idiotic, was "Well, if a Catholic, did XYZ, would you say all Catholics were evil?" Worked rather well. Of course, now I DO realize the only folks I've met who all "have the same viewpoint" is people who have been indoctrinated by a cult. Live and learn. I don't claim to have major knowledge of anons...but, the ones I have talked to have opinions and beliefs that are as different as night and day in many cases. and psssssssst....yeah...SOME of them ARE doing it just for the lulz. Nope. I know a jackass when I see one. I'd have written the same thing had I not been in Scn anymore. I'm a businesswoman and I've had some pretty lame conversations with people who've called- far and away outside any Scn setting. Someone calling someone up and behaving that way is an asshole. And by the way, I was talking to some friends of mine who HATE Scientology- think it's all crap- and they thought the caller was a jerk, too.
You can keep braying that my "scientology is showing" but the repetition won't make it true.
I listened to the recording and James was telling him that he had concerns because Marty said the tech still worked. He was whining about that.
Marty explained his intentions. He answered directly every time. Specifically and directly. Marty flat out told the idiot that he has no interest in organized religion, and this was in reply to James' stated concern that Marty would try to re set up CofS. Then Marty said "absolutely not" in response to James' stated concern that he might want to restore the church to its former glory of the days of the Guardian's office.
It just does not get any more straightforward than that.
You yourself have a track record of being untruthful so you have no room to point fingers. I guess trying to get someone (who hides under the cloak of anonymity to bitch and whine about Scn'ists) to be honest- including making ad hom comments about their marriages- is like expecting a dog to perform algebra. They simply are not capable of it. Or, at least, you're not.

I also agree with this.I don't disagree with you at all- my point is that there has been little recognition in many posts of where (IMO) the guy is at.
He's currently Number One on the cult's hitlist and he's (again IMO) playing it brilliantly and destroying DM mentally before our eyes.
He's stated he has no intention of leading a "reformed" cult - should he go back on that THEN let's all hammer him.
He's still thinking like an OSA/cultie in a lot of what he's doing (but so do I and a lot of others on this board when we're under stress) and I'm sure he'd agree with you that he's yet got a ways to go before he loses that totally.
All I ask is that the guy gets cut some slack and his current achievements be what we judge him by, not by any perceived "hidden agenda" someone may feel he has.
Anons have been a major part of the battle to dismantle the cult and I do get that a resurgent cult under Rathbun would be a huge blow to their fight to stop that damn thing dead. It would break my heart too.
But I'm willing to let this guy run without too much criticism of his actions or "apparent intentions" for now.
If for no other reason than to see what stupidities the cancerous little gnome commits in His efforts to "handle" Rathbun.
