I'm surprised that OSA didn't make her Dad's profession known on those anti-Marty videos and articles in Freedumb magazine.

About a year ago (?) her dad had a human heart transplant (he had been on a transplant list for years before that). Mosey (who has medical training) was with him for about a month after surgery as his in-home caregiver. While he was home recovering from that surgery, OSA sent people to his house to tell him he should be worried about his daughter's activities and that she was married to a criminal.

Grrrr!

My mistake. I know Monique Banks Carle Rathbun was working as a nursing home supervisor in Corpus Christi early in their marriage in 2010.

Anyone know how the two met? She & her family has no history in Scientology, AFAIK.

To a large extent, Miscavige and "Reverse Scientology" have replaced psychiatry as the boogie man. Read RJ 68, and substitute Miscavige for psychiatry and psychiatric death camps, and you have a basic propaganda theme of Independent Scientology.

Incidentally, the "co-founder" of the CCHR is a psychiatrist.

Hubbard, in his dubious biographical sketches of himself, sought to impress others by depicting himself as the student of one of Freud's students.

Rathbun's expressed view is that psychology and psychiatry are coming around to his guru Hubbard's way of thinking, including concurring on Hubbard's Suppressive Person Doctrine.

It's silliness.

It's also, to some extent, practicality. His wife's father is a psychologist, and Rathbun wants a peaceful situation with his wife. Naturally.

I doubt if Rathbun believes that psychology is making Clears and OTs, as he claims Scientology does.

My question is a standalone question, it does not have to do with the harassment. Of course that is bad.

I really did want to know about zoning laws. If I lived in that neighborhood and it was not zoned for business and someone then set up a business and it brought in a shitstom of Scientology wars to my neighborhood I would be really pissed off.

So I was wondering if he was zoned for business. Simple question. No agenda.

From snide comments made on OSA black PR blogs it appears Marty had an online dating profile on Match.com - and I guess so would have MoNique. So online dating site it would seem. It seems the cult dug to find out because it also made a big deal of saying their first date was to see the 3 Tenors, but one of the tenors got I'll and the performance was canceled. Who knows if there is any truth to that but I tended to think it was true, because this info was presented in a way of trying to telegraph to Marty "see we know everything" intimidation OSA style.

They also both volunteered for the Obama campiagn in 2008. I think they met before that but it could also be the way they met for all I know.
