When you hear the phrase "Scientology cruise ship," it may conjure images of Tom Cruise playing shuffleboard on the deck while church members sunbathe and sip strawberry daiquiris.
That's not exactly what happens aboard the Freewinds.
The Freewinds, a cruise ship belonging to the Church of Scientology, was quarantined this week in the Caribbean with an apparent case of measles. This has led to a number of questions, including: Wait, why does Scientology have a cruise ship?

Anyone reading this who ever stepped foot in any Scientology org/mission will know the answer: "LOL. Why are you even asking that?!"
And what happens when the visiting public who only came for a de-bug on their Bridge (i.e. to discover & handle the WHY that their finances have successively collapsed after each previous debug). Yes, they came for a 3-day "BRIDGE BOOSTER!" which they maxed out their credit card to pay for. Now they are being held captive on the FreeMeasles due to no fault of their own.
But who pays?
LOL. Of course the pathetic cultee pays. And their "special intro package" price of $2,000 for the financial de-bug elapsed because on the 4th day they started getting invoiced for "accommodations" at the full-blown daily price. Minimally, three weeks of that (with food) @ $350 per day is another $7,350 on top of the $2000 they borrowed already. With airfare = $10,000 more in hopelessly deeper debt.
They couldn't even pay the 137,387 dollars they previously put on their charge cards. They can't make the monthly interest payment. Their car got repossessed. They already got assigned Treason because a process server came into the org to serve them with a lawsuit from Citibank for defaulting on their personal line of credit (another $40,000 plus accrued interest & penalties). That was a "PR FLAP" that endangered Scientology's perfect PR and sabotaged Ron's dream of a world without debt.
Okay, so now they are over $200K in debt and they have supposedly been "DE-BUGGED" on their finances. Hey, they JUST gave a glowing exuberant success story and were already on the "ROUTING OUT" form---when they were r-factored that they could not leave the ship!. So, now their "wins" and "ruds" are monumentally trashed to hell. The plummet down the down scale and begin complaining that the tech didn't work. So, naturally they are routed to FreeMeasles Ethics to write up their wholetrack crimes.
The senior execs on the FreeMeasles now realizes this is a huge potential PR flap, so they SKYPE IN church lawyers to conference with the broke-ass, nattery, "responsible for condition" case. They have the OT VIII sign a wave of wavier forms that claim that they not only had huge wins but that they did not follow the financial policies of L. Ron Hubbard which resulted in the horrific state that their personal finances are in today. They sign other affidavits attesting to the fact that the FreeMeasles staff did everything imaginable to try to help them, but that they wasted all that help and spiritual counseling and insisted on borrowing more and more and more on their credit cards. All that when the church's scripture very explicitly warns Scientologists to never borrow money or go into debt. No, they would not listen and look at what happened to them.
They also sign forms that confess that they had auditing over the top of "present time problems" of not being able to pay their credit cards. And they "KNEW" that nobody can achieve spiritual gain if auditing occurs over the top of PTPs. Thus, they withheld that they were drowning in debt (created by their 7 previous OT Debugs) and it is a crime in Scientology to withhold ones overts.
Finally, they sign a form where THEY are demanding a Committee of Evidence on themselves to determine the correct lower condition, punitive action and amends project suitable to "make up the damage" they did to the FreeMeasles.
After that the Non-Enturbulation Order is published and issued to everyone on the FreeMeasles so that nobody will talk to them, while they are in this condition of "Enemy".
The FreeMeasles is not, however, without compassion for the plight of this OT VIII. They are provided a free blanket and free berthing (in a remote corner of the engine room, on the metal grating floor--where they can sleep when not working on their O/W writeup.
Oh, what was that you said? You think I am exaggerating? LOL. No way. Jeez I didn't even get to the part where they are declared SP and identified as the "WHO" that was a psych plant to infect everyone with measles, when there is LRH policy that prohibits Scientologists from infecting each other with Measles.

I think the cult of Hubbardology can also learn from the cult of Farrakhanology, particularly on "flowing power to power".
Ergo, as their cult collaborators (the NOI), who refer to the "Honorable" Minister Farrakhan---Scientologists should likewise add a label when referring to their own religious leader, such as:
"THE MESSIANIC MINISTER MISCAVIGE"
I like the use of a power label like "honorable" or "messianic'. It's a cult tell.
Think of it like a flunked clay demo. You have no freakin' idea what the hell you are looking at---until you flip the "overall label" over and read what you are supposed to see.
Same way with cult leaders. Nobody knows WTF they are pretending to be, until they are "labeled" with a word like "HONORABLE" or "SOURCE".
At the moment the label is added, the cult members know what they are supposed to see and think. And they dutifully do so.

WILLEMSTAD, Curacao — Authorities in Curacao announced Friday they will quarantine a ship with 300 people aboard that is heading to the Dutch Caribbean island after they were banned from disembarking in nearby St. Lucia because of a confirmed case of measles.

As an emergency precaution measure, the Curacao ministry of health with collaboration of Pan-American health organization and the Caribbean Public Health agency will be monitoring the situation closely and will make sure all passengers are vaccinated and will assess the spread of the virus.
In the meantime, the Public Health Department (GGD) in Curacao established a hot line (0800-0888) for all visitors of Freewinds between April 22 and 28 to contact their office to monitor their health situation.
Measles is highly contagious, it can live in the air up to two hours after a person sneezes, infecting 90% of unvaccinated people who are exposed to it. Families need to check their vaccination cards and make sure all children are immune against this virus. In the case that there is no medical record it is very important to pass by the health department for guidance or call 432-2860 for more info."

Saw on facebook they held an music event on the Freewind just prior to leaving Curacao on or around the 29th April before departing for St Lucia..
the entertainment was from Curacao-they performed with the Freewind band
and another on the 30th in Curacao with a local entertainer..
there was also an music event/party on the 27th in Aruba, that local entertainers and locals attended.
the Freewind's often allows locals to attend these..
my guess is the Aruba Health Authority is doing the same
