It's true that being "mindful" (doing whatever you're doing but being aware that you're doing it) should be done all the time, but there's also the meditation practices themselves such as Dynamik and Kundalini that are often done in the morning and evening, respectively. I should do more of both.I think that meditation should not be separated from living. That seems to imply that I need to top-up my meditation if the going starts to get tough, and it then becomes mechanical or comparative, mindfulness seems the appropriate word, being aware of my reactions in full and completely without interference or interpretation. ...
