In the past week I took a seminar called "Learning How To Love". (If it had been called "Learning How To Love For Dummies" it would have been perfect.) It was meditation based.

Now I've had a confusion about meditation. I thought it was all about sitting still for hours, concentrating on one thing (like a particular spot on the wall). It's actually much more than that. (Many people have the same confusion.)

We learned about the mechanisms by which our natural socialness is turned off, and that when we feel bad about what happened to us, we should strive to feel those feelings and not try to evade them. These bad feelings, once woken up, can be shook off with Kundalini and Dynamik meditations (more on those later).

Overall, it was a fabulous experience. I could even feel my lost mojo starting to come back.
