Missing Flag

I loved Clearwater and had a lot of great times at Flag. When I 1st got there we had our own cars or motorcycles and could go to the beach over breaks or on libs.

My husband proposed to me on the roof of the Fort Harrison when there was a storm over the ocean on one side and a rainbow on the other. So many unforgettable memories...

Things got ugly though. Now it is like joining a prison camp. All said, I wouldn't recommend for anyone to join scientology!

There's more to Clearwater than Flag. You should come back sometime and see the rest of it. We have the market cornered on beaches.

I did manage to get the beach at Clearwater, the one directly across the bridge, and it was nice enough but I wouldn't say it was anything special. Then again I am from Oz and there is no shortage of beautiful beaches here.

Did anyone else ever get to Flanangan's Irish Pub at Dunedin? I stumbled across it one evening while looking for somewhere to eat and found to my delight bangers and mash on the menu which was a nice change from usual fare. Did feel like a pint of ale, but my quiet rebelliousness did not extend to such.

Still there. http://www.flanagansirishpub.net/ I hear they have good music.

Well, I won't pretend to be even remotely impartial. :eyeroll:

Flanagan's was great. I loved the area, but always felt nervous in the FH. It didn't help that the reges were always circling like sharks!

Yes always felt a bit more vulnerable to regges in the FH as they were in more of a public area, whereas Sandcastle they were off the beaten track a bit and you could avoid them well and truly in the locked course rooms!

Did they actually serve real Irish beer at Flanagans? I never really got that far. Though love a drop of Kilkenny or Guinness these days.

Getting reg'd by my auditor and MAA for books was the beginning of the end for me. I miss nothing about the place.

I hear you.

I have realized it is a game (and they make it real hard to play...lots of money, lots of time and tons of MYSTERY). So once you overcome the obstacles to get the cheese to find out their ain't no cheese, you start all over again. It is like any other addictive substance. It appeals to your senses, you get "keyed out" for a bit, you feel like you are playing a huge game to help humanity. The side effects of Scientology are dangerous and hazardous to your health.

Now let's take a look at the facts:

1. There is no bridge to total freedom. Do you know ANYONE that is spiritually free?:nervous:
2. It is a con game no different than a cocaine habit. The side effects are you want more and more and it can lead to death and destruction. It is mind control but you don't know it. So covertly clever that little HUBBTURD! Thank god for the internet where the public can read the SIDE EFFECTS. WARNING!! SCIENTOLOGY is harmful to your health!:duh: THAT IS KEEPING THE PUBLIC AWAY!
3. It is out of exchange and is not worth the money or time.
4. It is a total scam.

So think of what you did to get to Flag, get back on a good purpose (help the Salvation Army or a charity of your liking) and make a new game. That is about the only tech that is really true. We are good pieces in Hubbturd's game, we get broken by playing Blubbtard's game. Time to heal, call a spade a spade and to find other games we like where at least "someone" can win!

If you can look at the experience as a micro of the macro...you will see that you are an exceptional human being to want to do so much good, facilitate change in yourself and others and you really do care.

We are really quite an exceptional group of people. My love to you all! :heartflower::flowers::flowers2::heartbeat::love11::grouphug::hug::grouphug::hug:
