Basically anyone who had originated Clear and not done all their grades etc would have to do them. This was a few years back now.

Wow, I have been out of touch, I guess. I didn't know they had pulled this switcheroo. It's a direct contradiction of LRH's "discovery" back in the 1970s that people were going clear unnoticed. At the time, it allowed C/Ses to bypass the Power Processes, which is where a lot of people hung out for years because they felt pretty good and just got on with life. The "Clears" could then be routed onto the more lucrative OT levels.

Sure does seem like the real reason for all this do over stuff is that Scn has run out of new suckers..I mean public so they have to reuse the old ones Speaks volumes about the real scene i.e membership is falling fast the internet kills any chance of dissem to new people the young internet savy types most of all Any body have data on numbers that can show this perception of decline I would love to see them

crm1978 has bumped this, which is good. I never read your story. A few comments:

-Just as your org had no RPF, CLO Canada only provided for people to be 'on decks' when they were in trouble. No dumpsters though! (Phew)

-Funny that you felt that Out-2D was not as serious as getting into a fight, its the reverse now. Out-2D is serious, serious, while I don't even think there is an ethics action for getting into a fight (so long as it was a fight relating to post duties) You would just get back to work. hmm.

-I'm glad you found people you used to know on this board. I wasn't so lucky.
