Well, you're not a ronbot, so it's OK to take a break every once in a while, and it's definitely OK to have feelings and emotions. Letting them out is healthier than suppressing them all the time, I think. You did the work and got a great result IMHO, and that's what counts.

One more meeting with my Lawyer before Conciliation Hearing Wed Morning. Will review some additional dox and be well prepared for the unexpected; if that is possible,..., LOL.

Some dox I kept stored online and will retrieve at last minute for security reasons. We may or may not reveal these at this meeting? We'll see. With other Cases pending near future dates, it is a complex arena to be in right now. Geeezzzzz:nervous::unsure::happydance::)

News Update:

Court Hearing was today. There were five pending court hearings.

1 - Labour Relations Comminission
2 - Human Rights Commission (as an employee)
3- Human Rights Commission (as a patient)
4 - Civil Court (Demand Letter Sent) submitting court dox soon
5 - Superior Court (large medical law suit)

There was a CSST/WCB case filed last year, but I had to drop it. If I had not dropped it, it would have conflicted with one of the above cases.

Todays case was a conciliation Hearing ordered by the Judge.

This case is now settled out of court. There is a very good reason for this.

If I had won this case, the Human Rights Commission would have dropped one of there cases. If I had lost, it most certainly would have affected that case negatively.

I followed Bonnies lead and I have a NO GAG order! I am free to continue on as usual and now put more effort into these next bigger cases.

I Can not and will not dicuss the settlement whatsoever.

Also, I am now able to sit sown with an ant-scilon lawyer here in Quebec and pay a retainer to file the new Superior Court Law Suit.

Today was a strategic move that leaves me ungagged and able to move forward and still submit ALL the dox and submissions that would have been presented at this Cout Hearing.

It was a judgement call by my lawyer and I took his advice.

Also there are still investigations ongoing with the College of Physicians, Ministry of Healthand Social Services, Canada Health, Canada Competion Bureau, and Ombusman.

That's all for now; tired Dave,..... signing out.

Terrific news, David!!

Just a quick question: Was this conciliation hearing related to the labor case or the CSST/WCB case filed last year?

Mary
ps: hope you are doing what Mr. Nobody said, lol

Hello Mr. Jean-Pierre Fafard

I was referred to you by Mike Krepvold some time

I was at ta Conciliation hearing yesterday and we
settled out of court with no restraint or gag order upon me.

I would request you represent me in a Superior Court
Proceedings against Scientology.

I have a Retainer and look forward to earliest reply.
Will call you tomorrow.

Sincerely,

David Edgar Love

Yeah, David, OK, but so far you've met only half of my requirements, and it's way past breakfast time even in Canada.

So what about your greatest breakfast ever? I apologize, but I have to insist on getting a proper answer to that question.

As always, you're doing an admirable job. I just wouldn't want you to wear yourself down and out.

Ok, now don't laugh too hard. I did have an early breakfast. I pulled myself away from my computer to lay on my couch and watch tv. I grabbed one of thos thin frozen caked with the gooy icing and whipm cream on top. I fell asleep while eating it. It thawed out and I'm not really sure how much I ate, but my couch pillows, my clothes, and my tummy said it was very good. What a sticky mess indeed.:happydance::happydance::happydance:
