Okay, my imagination took off on this one. Does this perhaps refer to some female Scientologist being held, say, in the SP Hall? Is there some group of people ("our" princess) that Mario was in touch with, and did he think he was going to save the princess - hence, the swords?

As a "concerned citizen," I, for one, would like to see the security camera video(s).

My apologies. I did see some others quote some relevant parts of your post where I saw I read it wrong. I guess I was just surprised how much attention that video was getting. Didn't seem like it would benefit the church in any way and one thing they do have is some pretty good video production people.

The police wouldn't be tasked with looking into why the man snapped or motive. They would only be tasked with finding out who shot Majorski and if that person should be arrested. The shooter's motives would be examined. Not Majorski's.

Had Majorski succeeded in killing the security guards, then Majorski's motive would have been relevant.

I am sure that a CofS staff member could save a whole bunch of people from a burning building and, after that, all the critical forums would contain posts blaming him for setting the fire, brutality in employing the fireman's carry, etc.

I'm certainly in agreement that the tapes of the occurrence should be released, yes, but I also think that it's a good idea to be even handed in criticism. If a thorough-going SOB does something good or even neutral, I'm going to either give credit where it's due or at least try to not make assumptions based on my dislike for that person or entity.

I think a lot of people would like to see the video but the church will do EVERYTHING it can to prevent that. Having video of an "L" completion waving samurai swords and being shot would be a huge footbullet. Whatever benefit would pale in comparison to the damage.

Video or not, this situation has been a huge footbullet for the church. Scientologists all over the world have heard the news, and they come to sites like this to find out the truth.

Then the real damage takes hold.

The only stats that go up for Scientology in a time like this are blows, refunds and number of PTS handlings given.
