No more Ethics at Delphi?

Someone who was just at Delphi in Oregon recently told me that Delphi got rid of Ethics. The reason being is because Delphi is supposed to be a secular school, not a Scientology school.

Has anybody heard anything about this?

I wonder how they discipline bad students? How do they handle students who are moving slowly through the program (e.g. not getting their coursework done on time or making their weekly reading targets)?

Well, if this is true, at least they won't be having the students write up O/Ws anymore or assign them conditions. I never felt that writing up conditions formulas was particularly effective in changing my bad habits.

I wonder if getting rid of Ethics was one of the compromises that Delphi had to make in order to earn its accreditation?
