Noise complaints made about gala at Scientology HQ Saint Hill Manor

Police have confirmed they received two noise complaints from members of the public regarding the annual charity gala concert held at the venue in Saint Hill Road between Friday, October 17 and Sunday, October 19.

The complaints refer specifically to noise from a licensed dinner and music event which began on Saturday, October 18, and continued into the early hours of the following morning.

A Sussex Police spokesman said:

"A licensed event was being held at the site. The complaints have been passed to Mid Sussex District Council's environmental health department."

Mid Sussex District Council confirmed its environmental protection team is currently looking into the complaints.

I know nothing of the UK departments, and what they are responsible for, but when I read:

... it made me hope that they also take interest in raw sewage being routed to a stream.

Could someone please post some copy-and-pasteable boilerplate text about the sewage that describes its location etc? If I just email them saying "there be raw sewage put in a stream" then that's not paticularly helpful I think, some sort of instructions they could follow with no knowledge at all of the place would be nice. In both ends as well cause it'll probably be hidden in some way if/when scientology gets wind of this.
