Oz VIP's call for/support Inquiry!

There is also a poll on the issue of whether a senate inquiry is necessary. Only 14 votes (as I write) against the inquiry as opposed to 284 in favor. It leads me to believe that the church is not letting the flock anywhere near the press right now.
No, 14 is about the right number for currently active flockers. :)

I think it is very good that three major psychs are calling for an inquiry into Scientology in Australia because it is bad for their business.

This seems to be closer to the real agenda as to what is happening in that country. Especially that two of them are specialists in youth mental health, have funding links to major drug companies and the third is the top bitch of the college of psychs there.

Wonderful.

Makes you think though, that all of this noise doesn't originate from the big money boys in the drug companies and their PR machine, and that Anonymous and the ex-member clans are but pawns in their game.

Keep telling yourself that. Are you taking the same drugs as Tommy Davis or what?

Yawn

Let IAAS post whatever...try not to take it up and have him divert the tread to it being about him/his comments. His is a lone mind long since implanted within the Scientology matrix, his is the lest free mind here.

I have yet to meet one person, acquaintance and client who would not support an inquiry into the church uniformly they agree it should be done.

When you comment on them as a therapy, they say they are a religion. When you comment on them as a religion, the say they are a therapy.

My first censored post

How about that, someone removed my posting.

Admittedly it was a good one to remove though. Makes me more curious than ever.

Thanks for copying it back to your replies so as others can still read it, we cannot have the freedom of speech being abused on this website can we?

What are you talking about? I can still see your post. Are you hallucinating or something?

If you are referring to this post you made - http://www.forum.exscn.net/showpost.php?p=385313&postcount=10
I agree it should not be censored. It perfectly demonstrates how Scientologists are indoctrinated to believe in a vast psychiatric conspiracy. CCHR's propaganda and David Miscavige's hateful rants (widely viewed on youtube) also demonstrate this.

Actually, from my own personal experience, I would agree with Pat McGorry that Scientology's practice of discouraging patients from using drugs prescribed by qualified mental health professionals is endangering lives.

During my time in Scientology, my partner at the time (diagnosed with manic-depression and acute paranoid schizophrenia) was encouraged to cease his prescribed medication and convinced to 'handle' the situation with calcium, magnesium and locationals.

Subsequent to this one of my young children was sexually abused by this person, and I was even threatened with a knife to my throat in front of the children.

Celebrate, all you like, while my family still bear the scars of your outmoded and non-evidence based old wives tales. You and your 'technology' are dangerous, and you have nothing you can offer the mentally ill.

I hope they do go ahead with the inquiry, and about bloody time too.
I find it funny that they are debating whether Scientology stops people getting mental health treatment, when we all know thats EXACTLY what it does, quite aggressively too.

Deleted, damn I almost got caught taking up more of IAAS crap!

The church deserves to have a chance to show just how fair and just they are. After all they are the most etikal group on the planet.
The inquiry is a must!

The best part of all this for me is that the cult are now on the receiving end of a very well thought-out campaign that's going to see the Inquiry bill either get through the Senate or generate a lot of public outcry if it doesn't.

Either way, dead cult is dead.
