Some were from Tommy -- some (notably, the YSCOHB ones) were from Miscavige.

Sadly the term Freezone wasn't mentioned, but it was mentioned a few times that there is an independent scientology movement.

I think the idea was to show more of the "reformation" than the "protestants". People wanting to change things rather than run in parallel.

Actually Martin Luther had little to no problems with the pope and many many problems with the interpretation of scripture. It's why he posted his protestant declaration on the church bulletin board. Because he was a good catholic. The protestant reformation had much more to do with others who sought to diminish the power of rome.

So while your anology kinda fails in comparing freezoners to Martin Luther. They do an excellent job in detailing that it's just a powerplay.

Basically, reformers of the existing church would be MR's lot. Protestants, setting up their own 'system', i.e. the freezone, would be a separate section we'll call your lot.

The emphasis is MR's lot wanting to take over and change things, as opposed your lot setting up and running independent of the church.

Why would you think that? Do you have even the slightest evidence? I would be surprised if there were even more than a couple of hundred 'independents' *or* 'Freezoners'.

But its not. Whatever Marty may wish. FZ/independants are closely intertwined.

contacts.

I watched the BB1 programme, felt really sad after. It was OK, didnt really go into how it destroys families, but did clear up stuff for John Sweeney.

Apparently, there was another programme on later about a family getting away from a Cult (they didnt name the cult but I believe it was Scientology as was posted recently on ESMB) did anyone video this as would like to have seen it, if so, please post it on here also have been told that a book has been written.

I was the one who posted about the cult on "My Story". The cult actually was a very orthodox christian one. Although the girl seemed to go through the same difficulties as one leaving Scientology. You may be able to see it on the BBC iPlayer.

But if you want to make it a independent FZers VS Critics, it goes like this.

There are a few FZers. Relative to all people generally ("Miniscule" would be an overstatement.)

You say there are less critics. I ask you, how many people could you get to say on a world wide survey "I support FZers"
Or "I support people who want to do scientology out side the church"?
We could get even give it as " I support people using L Ron Hubbard" Scientology technology. (Do you like that one?)

What if people were asked to respond to:
"I support critics of Scientology"
