You can't scan a video in five seconds to see what it is about like you can with an article. Sometimes you can get the idea very rapidly, but sometimes you can't, especially with some random video that might have the important bit four minutes in, or a long intro that gives no clue as to the eventual content.
So rather than posting a link to a video and saying "Hey guys--look at this wonderful video" it would be helpful to post a short description of it and what makes it noteworthy. If only a section is noteworthy, give the approximate location of that section, like "4:11-4:58" or "starts about three minutes in" or something, as it is possible to start watching in the middle of a YouTube video.
