I recently got a Pocket PC and am looking at a setup whereby the C-meter as at http://www.cmeter.org could send data via Bluetooth to a Pocket PC for display. I'm interested in any (serious) input on ideas for making it as versatile as possible. I'm also looking for a suitable inexpensive alternative to Visual Studio for Windows Mobile 5/6 development in C/C++ or Pascal.
