Yeah, yeah, yeah ... protesting and all that, telling it like it is to Sea Org missionaires, saving raw meat, etc.
But the big deal, Pooks, is how GREAT you are looking! Seriously, I love your hair, great big smile, the whole new look. You're really taking good care of yourself. Congratulations.

^^^ It's not me seeing things then? - Well, I only 'know' Pooks from these message boards.. And the occasional photo.. But I seem to recall that Pooks was takin' up more space once?
It's true Pooks! You do look great!
Pooks you look FABULOUS!
Thanks so much too all plus Tory and Emma for saying nice things.
I've lost 67 pounds so far and would like to lose another 20 or so. I feel fabulous. No knee or joint pain, lots more energy, and it's actually fun shopping for clothes!
I've gone from a size 20 to a size 10. Feelin' good!
Hey, did ya see any CLO staff? CO OSA? Any IAS Staff? Very curious.
There were lots of staff but I didn't really recognize them because I was a member at the Boston Org. I did recognize one guy. John Magerowski, former C/S of the Boston Org is now on staff at the NY Org. I called out to him but he chose to ignore me.
Re: how I lost the weight. I had a gastric bypass last November. I eat small portions, lots of protein and veggies, no sugar, nothing white -- no pasta, potatoes, rice or bread (sometimes good bread) and walk a lot.

John Magerowski went back on staff? I remember when he left staff in Boston he started auditing in the field. He was making good money at it and he didn't have to get PC's - they were already regged and paid for, all he had to do was go and audit them.
I asked him what actions were the most common for him to audit. He said PTS RDS.
When he completed OTIII, he gave a speech on it. He said to think of the nastiest thing you could do to someone, it was much worse than that. Later when I found out what OTIII was about, I remembered what he said and couldn't fathom how he could think that. He's been absorbed.
