Well, it’s taken OSA a while and as usual they are too late to make any difference.

I’ve just received this in my Inbox:

Dear Axiom142, This is to notify you that we have received a privacy complaint from an individual regarding your content:

-------------------------------------------------------------
Video URLs: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OL4HapgG-2c
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=479IOnWdiNs
The information reported as violating privacy is at 0:01
-------------------------------------------------------------

We would like to give you an opportunity to remove or edit your video so that it no longer violates the privacy of the individuals involved. Please edit or remove the material reported by the individual within 48 hours of today's date. If no action is taken, the video will then come in for review by the YouTube staff and be prohibited from being uploaded again.
Protecting a person's privacy is protecting their personal safety. When uploading videos in the future, please remember not to post someone else's image or personal information without their consent. Personal information includes things such as names, phone numbers and email addresses. For more information, please review our Community Guidelines at http://www.youtube.com/t/community_guidelines and our Safety Centre at http://www.youtube.com/t/safetyRegards,

From the guidelines:

YouTube Community Guidelines

Respect the YouTube Community
We're not asking for the kind of respect reserved for nuns, the elderly and brain surgeons. We mean don't abuse the site. Every cool new community feature on YouTube involves a certain level of trust. We trust you to be responsible, and millions of users respect that trust, so please be one of them.

We Review Videos Flagged As Inappropriate
OK, this one is more about us than you. When a video gets flagged as inappropriate, we review the video to determine whether it violates our Terms of Use—flagged videos are not taken down automatically by the system. If we remove your video after reviewing it, you can assume that we removed it purposefully and you should take our warning notification seriously. Take a deep breath, read our Terms of Use and try to see it from our perspective. If you find other videos on YouTube with the same violations, please flag them so that we can review them as well!

Don't Cross the Line
Here are some common-sense rules that will help you steer clear of trouble:

■YouTube is not for pornography or sexually explicit content. If this describes your video, even if it's a video of yourself, don't post it on YouTube. In addition, please be advised that we work closely with law enforcement and we report child exploitation. Please read our Safety Tips and stay safe on YouTube.
■Don't post videos showing things like animal abuse, drug abuse or bomb making.
■Graphic or gratuitous violence is not allowed. If your video shows someone getting hurt, attacked or humiliated, don't post it.
■YouTube is not a shock site. Don't post disgusting videos of accidents, dead bodies and similar things.
■Respect copyright. Only upload videos that you made or that you are authorised to use. This means don't upload videos that you didn't make or use content in your videos to which someone else owns the copyright, such as music tracks, snippets of copyrighted programmes or videos made by other users, without necessary authorisation. Read our Copyright Tips for more information.
■We encourage free speech and defend everyone's right to express unpopular points of view. But we do not permit hate speech (speech which attacks or demeans a group based on race or ethnic origin, religion, disability, gender, age, veteran status and sexual orientation/gender identity).
■There is zero tolerance for predatory behaviour, stalking, threats, harassment, invading privacy or the revealing of other members' personal information. Anyone caught doing these things may be banned permanently from YouTube.
■Everyone hates spam. Do not create misleading descriptions, tags, titles or thumbnails in order to increase views. It's not OK to post large amounts of untargeted, unwanted or repetitive content, including comments and private messages.
Please take these rules seriously and take them to heart. Don't try to look for loopholes or try to lawyer your way around them—just understand them and try to respect the spirit in which they were created. Violations of the Terms of Use may result in a warning notification or termination of your account. If your account is terminated, you are prohibited from creating any new accounts.

YouTube is for the Community
Remember that this is your community! Each and every user of YouTube makes the site what it is, so don't be afraid to dig in and get involved!

■Have fun with the site. There's a lot here to see and lots of people making amazing stuff—one of them might be you! Equipment's getting cheaper and easier to use all the time, so dive in and enjoy.
■Let people know what you think. Feedback's part of the experience and, when done with respect, can be a great way to make friends, share stories and make your time on YouTube richer. So leave comments, rate videos, make your own responses to videos that affect you, enter contests of interest—there's a lot going on and a lot of ways to participate here.
■You may not like everything that you see. Some of the content here may offend you—if you find that it violates our Terms of Use, then click "Flag as Inappropriate" under the video you're watching to submit it for review by YouTube staff. If it doesn't, then just consider clicking something else—why waste time watching videos that you don't like?
That's it! Thanks for reading!

The ‘Safety Regards’ link doesn’t work, but I found this:

A Word on Safety
The first thing everyone needs to know is that YouTube is NOT for people under the age of 13.

Some Things Are Better Left Private...
Posting videos of yourself, your friends or your family can be fun and exciting. You never know who will find it—it might even get featured on the front page, or end up as one of the Most Viewed videos! If your video is personal, consider marking it private so that only your friends and those you share it with can view it.

Protect Your Secret Identity!
If you do post public videos, make sure there isn't anything in them that could help a stranger figure out who you are or where you live. Personal information like your telephone number or home address should NEVER be shared with other users. Watch out for things like number plates on cars or images of the outside of your house which might accidentally appear in the background of a video and help a stranger to track you down.

Remember, YouTube employees will never ask you for your password, email address or other account information. Don't be fooled if someone contacts you pretending to be from YouTube!

Keep Your Cool, Keep YouTube Safe
Whether it's a flame war, cyber bullying or people just being mean, comments can get nasty sometimes. When you post a video you can choose whether you want to let people comment on your videos at all. If someone leaves a comment on your video that is rude or bothers you, you can always delete the comment. Alternatively, you can select the "comments with approval" option when you upload a video. This means that you get to approve or remove people's comments before they appear on the site.

YouTube doesn't allow videos with nudity, graphic violence or hate. If you come across a video like this, click the link on the video to flag it as inappropriate and submit the form on the next page to report it to YouTube.

YouTube has literally MILLIONS of viewers every day and just like in the real world, most of the people are good, but some aren't. So please take care to protect yourself and your fellow users by keeping personal videos private, your identity a secret, your comments clean and by using the flagging system to report abuse.

This is obviously another blatant attempt by the Church Of Scientology to suppress free speech and to stop criticism of them and their staff.

We have seen them countless times filming people in the street (e.g. John Sweeny from the BBC’s Panorama, Mark Bunker, Tory Christman etc) and here they go complaining that someone else has done it! The hypocrisy is breathtaking.

I don’t see anything in the YouTube rules that says that I cannot post a video taken in a public place, featuring another person.

Therefore I will not remove this video.

I shall write to YouTube and tell them this.

I finally watched this video. I know, I'm always a week or more behind around here.

I love how evaluative this guy was - "I see you're stuck in an electronic incident".

And where does he get off saying Axiom uses generalities. Please, the promo for the congresses or whatever CDs back in 2004/2005 said "Everybody (or Everyone) is listening, are you?". That was a huge generality and I wouldn't buy the CD set based solely on the promo piece.

I wouldn't count on Youtube holding themselves to some legal standard. Apparently they're going on the basis of 'if somebody complains, the only defense is that you have *permission*, whether there is a legal basis or not. That's fairly standard for how 'free' sites operate.

So, it's probably time to look into a Vimeo post.

However, you should demand that youtube show some evidence that the complaint itself comes from the person in your video and not from some 'turd party' :)

Well, any DMCA notification would need to be fraudulent, since Ax did the video himself and DMCA doesn't deal with 'privacy' issues, which there isn't in any legal sense anyway.

Do you think you could upload the file to a free filesharing website such as rapidshare or mediafire? I'd like to mirror it in case it goes down from your channel.

i do believe there is a notable scn doing OSA's bidding on this, Oliver Shaper has already submitted thousands of false DCMA to youtube, and youtube, being scared of the legal shit go and do removals...

i own that domain, and OSA can go hang - any complaints i recieve will be here (along with email addresses) for public responses

I just wonder if George himself sent in the complaint, and, you should ask for some evidence that the person making the complaint *is* George. Nobody else should have standing, unless they're his legal representative.

Hmmm... isn't this the music that was playing during the conception of Anon?
Or was that Barry White?

I'd go with Barry. :D

BTW, a ton of anons have mirrored Axiom's video and are talking about uploading it on youtube all at the same time after Axiom's is taken down. (If it IS taken down.)

adding a grin

Anonymous have started to flood youtube with mirror copies of the video, more often than not, using the title "Meet a Scientologist" - just like the scilon propaganda channel LOL

Nuts,crazy,insane.

Just about says it all:lol: when dealing with the "church" of Scientology.

I would still like to know what happens to all the video footage, pictures taken by Scientology? I can only imagine they have files on all the SPs. The video footage is possibly turned into a feature length film, by Golden era productions. Titles for this film are 1.1 or Cease and Desist or Give me a f*cking Golden Rod, I am an SP.:D

Perhaps all the video footage taken by the Scientologists is taken to the vault out in the desert so that many generations from now when the SO officers finally come back, they will know which are the SPs.

Nuts, crazy and insane. Poor old George is now probably on the RPF.

Way to go Axiom, your video shows a perfect example of "what Scientology can do for you".Sad, but true.

As far as I know, they do. Before computers, they did it with humongous files, and a lot of cross-filing. Joe SP has a big file. One day he meets Jane Unk, about whom they know little. A report of the meeting goes in his file. Jane Unk gets a file all of her own, containing a report of that meeting. Six months later Bill SP, who also has a huge file, also meets Jane Unk. Her file gets a copy of that meeting too. She is starting to look interesting. What's the connection?

With computers and huge storage capacities it's a whole lot easier.

it was the creation of one of those himmler files on me that set me against them, and the fact they were filling this manilla file whilst ripping me off.

:omg: they pulled me in

I was told a long time ago by one who would know that OSA especially records connections.
