LOL. Seems to me you guys think Scientology equals Hubbard and that Hubbard equals Scientology.

That's pure CofS brainwashing that makes you identify those to each other.

And while you're at it separating those two keep at it and separate them out from the organization called the Church of Scientology.

Anyone who still identifies (misidentifies) these three as being the same is NOT out of their brainwashing trap.
Leon is right - "Hubbardite" and the Church of Scientology are NOT the same.

As the "inventor" and promoter of the term "Hubbardite" I have to clarify:
There are different groups believing and applying El Con Hubbards vomit - Church of $cientology, Freezoners, Ron's Org'ers, In-dependents, Millstone-2'ers, etc. There is not much difference between them, only who gets the money.

Maybe you won't believe it, but there are more individuals out there than the official Co$-members who are still fascinated by Hubbard's vomit. Therefore it was necessary to introduce a new term which covers all of these deluded souls. What they have in common is the fascination for El Con Hubbards vomit.

Therefore the term "Hubbardite" applies to everyone who believes in the vomit of El Con Hubbard (maybe except the [sometimes usable] stuff stolen from others).

So Leon, how do YOU think about El Con Hubbards vomit ? How about: Xenu, Elron Elray, BT´s and Clusters ? When was the last time you evicted a poor space cutie ?

Never forget the insane words of guru Hubbard:

El con Hubbard said:
"There are more BTs! Many more than people realize!"

Nice post uncover, especially the bit about 'who gets the money'.

Incidentally, space cuties are a bit thin on the ground around here, so if anyone's evicting one, send her to me.

I find it curious that you guys are so intolerant of someone holding different views to your own.

I don't object to it - far from it, believe as you wish and attack as you wish. But you who are so civilized and intelligent and so broad-minded just cannot deal with the fact that there is someone about who doesn't bark at the moon in harmony with yourselves.

Very curious.

You are not the intelectual you think you are.

And you are not broad minded

You are not civilized

You are not intelligent

And do you bark at the moon ?

I believe I have separated the two, but it actually ain't a separation.

The COS operates from HCOB's and HCO PL's, and even Hubbard later, while he was hiding, from Hubbards Advices.

There is no separation but a perceived separation.

The COS = HCOB's, HCO PL's, and secret Advices to Int Management, the children of the corn.

There is that line in 1965 Keeping Scientology Working,

The only thing you can be upbraided for is no results

I think people are upbraiding because:

show me a muther fuk'in clear

And I don't want to hear a fuk'in Success Story of somebody saying they are "clear"

And i'm not going to send you one.

But hey, the board is replete with stories of how Hubbard was not the one who developed the tech. It was Alan or Nibs or Smokey Angel or Otto or whoever. Oh yeah, John Mac did it all.

So surely Hubbard and the tech are different?

Right. Source wasn't really THE source. There were multiple sources.

Or sorcerers.

But but but ... Leon ... unlike everyone else you only seem to come here for one reason, to demonstrate your disagreement and intolerance of (most) members here who hold a different view to your own and you object loudly and with alarming regularity.

On the bright side though apparently you still find time to howl and bark at the moon a bit yourself ... so it's all good.

Sure. That's right.

It's exactly like Osama Bin Laden and the tech of suicide bombers.

examples:

Osama Bin Laden gave the order. The suicide bombers carried out the order (e.g. 9/11) They both followed the tech.

L. Ron Hubbard gave the order. The Operation Freakout terrorists carried out the order (e.g. vs Paulette Cooper). They both followed the tech.

So, that's good that you have differentiated between the ORDER to commit atrocities and the ACTION of committing atrocities. I am not sure how you are ever going to get any benefit from spotting this nuanced rhetorical comparison. But, as a Scientologist, I guess we can assume that getting wins from meaningless words is something you have practiced and are very good at.

As Leon says, he's happy to howl by himself and painfully out of tune. Tone deaf people can be annoying.

Was it a Freudian slip that made you relate to yourself as a wolf barking at the moon alone, Leon?

Something in your subconscious, perhaps, nagging you that you are as blind as any other Scientologist and all the chest-thumping in the world won't give you have answers you don't have? Interesting choice to symbolize your self and situation, Leon. Hmmm.

The Moon indicates that things may seem somewhat confusing to you now. You may find it hard to understand where you are coming from, much less what others are thinking and feeling! You need to try to sit with the uncertainty, don't try to force things or people to do things before they are ready. <snip>

Also, not that you need to be mistrusting, but it will be helpful for you to realize that when this card appears, it's possible that all is not what it seems.

But but but . . . . If I didn't stick up for sanity then there would be nothing to stop the lunatic moon barkers from ruining my peaceful sleep ALL NIGHT ! ! ! !

A discussion board is for discussion isn't it? How could there ever be any discussion if everyone is busy barking and no one at all brings any sanity to the table?

And besides, I'm the one you all love to hate and where would you be without having someone to Yah Boo.

So there.

lol, Leon.

Thanks for not posting success stories every which place every chance you have. At least you have SOME ability to judge and withhold.

Really stuck on that wolves barking at the moon image, ay?

I used to use Tarot cards as a psychological tool for years. Very useful.

Obviously YOUR chosen card for today to symbolize your own life or personal conflicts.

The rest of the interpretation goes like this - Strong emotions such as fear and other animal instincts can block correct observation and perception. The card only shows partial perception. Beware of false perceptions due to primal emotions.

(All unrelated to this conversation, but since you've got the pic in your head, thought I'd give you the interpretation anyway. :hattip: Now be nice and don't post any blechy advertising to follow up Terril's, thanks.)

As with all Scientologists, you hold that any disagreement with the approved dogma is not allowed. It's all "intolerance!!!!!!"

You must have absolute agreement or it's a crime, bigotry, intolerance, suppression. Poor you. You are such a victim of our "intolerance". Poor little Scientologist, unable to handle disagreement with your beliefs.

I am so very, very glad I'm so done with Scientology's victimhood -- that brittle inability to handle simple reality.

It seems that you "independent" scientologists believe that there is some cosmic, universal "truth" called "scientology". You seem to believe that Hubbard had nothing to do with creating or defining this "cosmic truth". And you believe that any of you can "discover" another part of this "cosmic truth scientology".

Cool! That's really very nice. Too bad that, from the outside, it is quite obvious that your "cosmic truth scientology" is just as useless and silly as Hubbard's Scientology.

Oh, and by the way, since you don't seem to know this, Hubbard was the one who coined the word "Scientology" and was, while alive, the only one who defined what was Scientology -- no matter where he "borrowed" the tech from. To say that Hubbard was not, to all intents and purposes, Scientology while he was alive, simply ignores reality.

Of course scientologists are well trained in ignoring reality.
