    People in St Hill Green, West Sussex brand church ‘selfish and arrogant’ after 22 trees were cut down, but spokesman says more trees have been planted

    Bastards. Why does a UFO cult in its death throes have to do such things? Is this just a case of "if we can't have the planet, neither can you" or does Scientology still pretend to have some kind of rationale?

    There was a post some months ago about making space for a (UK) coach turnaround area to allow staff to be bused in. If I remember it right, it mentioned cutting down trees etc and yet there was no planning request in. Some new FOLO (FLO?) building perhaps? Is this the same location?

    It's not destruction for its own sake. It's simply a total disregard for non-cult low-level customs/rules/procedures where they interfere with cult plans.
