Scientology has applied for a permit to rehab the buildings North of the Cleawater Bank building to be the new “4D Campaign Building.” The fourth dynamic in Scientology is “mankind,” so the building’s name seems to indicate it will be used run a campaign to spread Scientology to all humans on planet Earth. There are four nearly identical permit applications for 29, 33 (photo above), 41 and 45 (below) North Fort Harrison Avenue, they are listed as “In Review” by the city, and the applications were submitted on January 29th.
It is unknown if the Clearwater Bank will be part of the 4D building, but since the cafeteria for Flag moved from the Bank to the SP Building, it would seem to be available. The buildings have looked vacant for several years, and the last use we know is that 33 N. Ft. Harrison was the Lisa McPherson Trust building.
