That's a hypothetical hyped-up headline, referring to the recent lawsuit vs. Miscavige and the COS by the consortium of high-profile attorneys who have represented victims of organized abuse.
I say hypothetical because Cruise (if named and noticed for discovery/deposition) will undoubtedly fight being a party to the litigation. That could prove interesting and it's hard to imagine that this won't throw even more poop on Cruise's already badly-tarnished public image.
But, it's several major legal hurdles short of his testifying or even answering any questions, let alone admitting to anything in the least harmful to the cult's precious "pr image".
I like seeing celebrities named even if they are not compelled to submit to discovery. They deserve as much PR damage as possible for being knowing cult shills, collaborators and facilitators. Stupidity is no excuse.
