He had critizized on TV and deeply offended Brook Shield for she had need to take anti-depressant medication for major depression. He said that she sould take vitamins instead.

And also he became nuts with the journalist about the psychiatry

Sorry I didn't understand the Marty joke, I don't always get Scientology sarcasm. The CoS world is so crazy that sometimes I think that something is a joke, when in fact it's not and vice versa.

So far, all I have seen is a couple of automated responses and then further spam suggesting I've merely had my email address added to their mailing list.

I find this a rather unsatisfactory response. If I were nearby in the u.s., I think I would be joining protest groups.

Is there any evidence that SWC has taken this outrage seriously?

I never emailed them, just called. They are aware of the controversy the lower staff is quite defensive about the issue. They didn't want to talk about it, and kept on transferring me from person to person.
Some of the people from this forum have spoken to Janice Prager and Rabbi Hier. From what I understand, both Prager and Hier, gave people a rather standard politically correct responses that they believe in tolerance towards all faiths, or something to that extend.
Very upsetting, because tolerance towards Scientology is misplaced.

For the protest you are right and whatever I bring will not include something that could be possibly misconstrued in any way.

I know you don't find it offensive but to explain for others of why I put that together the way I did was to show that it is scientology that has no respect for Simon Wiesenthal and that Rabbi Marvin Hier is the one who is letting the disrespect happen so that his center can get more money despite what Tom Cruise & scientology truly represent!

Isn't Mr. Stone is this douchebag who's always defended Scientology in legislation against protesting in front of the Scientoogy base? Actually, giving this award or honorarium to Tom Cruise would be somewhat similar to the SWC / MOT giving this award / honour to Leni Riefenstahl. She was a German dancer, actress, film director and producer of movies, and a Nazi. She made a few highly utilized Nazi propaganda films during the war. Hitler was very fond of her. After the war she denied ever being a Nazi. The SWC / MOT could give her a posthumous humanitarian award for all of her outstanding films (post-war).

Even better, the SWC/MOT could start handing out humanitarian awards or honorariums of all of the women that were collectively known as Tokyo Rose* during WW II. After all, 'she' did some comfort to the Allied forces with the American music that she (they) played.

*Apparently "Tokyo Rose" was any number of English speaking female personalities operating out of Japan as propagandists, utilized by the Japanese to spread propaganda and lies.
