You guys paid 1.9 million for this building in 2007, and now it appears to be worth 1.5 million. I would assume that every year since 2007 you have been paying about $40,000 to $50,000 in taxes depending on your interest and penalties. Lets round that off to $45,000 X 5 = $225,000.00 in taxes since you bought that Idle Org building.
