What you're missing is the lead-up to all of this. There are several vidoes from different angles plus the fact the Hanna was looking for Aaron (who can be seen walking down the street towards him in the video) and that Aaron has had an AVO taken out against him apparently and that Hanna's actions could easily be shown to be an attempt to provoke Aaron into some sort of assault.

Also, Hanna was the head of OSA for this area of scientology for many years, was the public face for the cult until he left, is STILL registered as a scilon minister and, as a trained lawyer, would know that the acts he committed are illegal and that there was no provable provocation - Malcolm certainly did nothing to provoke being kissed now did he?

Should this go to court, the media resulting from testimony would be damning for the cult and I doubt that any jury presented with all the facts would have any trouble convicting Hanna of assault etc.. I'd say the cult will try to bury this by distancing themselves from Hanna and getting him to distance himself from the cult. Not that that will work too well these days.

One video doesn't show what happened before nor does it show the whole story of what happened then.

Not correct. I have been researching this for a year and have reams and reams of information. Fully understand that the underlying tactics are vicious in the extreme and a Scientologist-run world is worse than some Nazi/1984 world. . .

Scientologists live by the creed, "Never defend... always attack." A plan was set in motion to attack prior to Mark being chased down the street by anons with cameras.

A wog jury pool would be blown away by the insurmountable evidence collected over decades of Scientology's appreciation for threatening, provoking & absuing those that criticize them.

Your blueshirt guy's attorney will be attacking only the assault video and doing his best to make all other evidence inadmissable. What is key is that all the other evidence come forward and the protesters not get any sort of a bad reputation.

I just clearly remember my attorney (during my very bitter divorce) telling me I had to appear to be an absolute saint or I would lose my kids, my savings, everything. A small example in comparison to this.

The clip of Aaron's speech is far more powerful and persuasive (in terms of getting people out of the COS and bringing down the organization) than the video clip of the 'assault' which was the first clip I saw posted.

Woooowwwww ... that's a very provocative situation ... however the main point that I get is that "Blue Shirt Guy" starts the whole thing by the "kiss" ... so hopefully this is what will show thru on the final analysis but it is a bit unfortunate that the "anon" is shown as possibly "too defensive" in his reaction ... Clarification on the AVO

Hi All,

There certainly was some confusion on the attempted Restraining Order.

I received a phone call today from the Police. It appears that there is an application for a restraining order.

The police wish to serve it upon me so that if I chose to do so, I may appear in court and contest the validity of it.

I am now at this point asking if anyone knows solicitors that may wish to represent me at minimal cost. And please, no funny responses recommending Mark Hanna... LOL

This explains why there was nothing in the System.

It is because it has not been through the Magistrates Court and issued, because the police are attempting to serve it.

I think we could give all these guys (that were there) the benefit of the doubt (at least until all the footage comes out). They seem to be getting a hard time for just telling a story of what happened.

I don't know about anybody else but I reckon these dudes are making some massive steps forward. I for one do not have the nerve to go to a protest -I just couldn't do it. .
