ANNOUNCEMENTS
Kathy Morrill briefed us on the very active OTC members helping with community events. Carol Loweree has delivered Truth about Drugs seminars to thousands of parents and children in the Valley! One Pastor has delivered 2 seminars to about 400 on the Truth about Gangs! Eight of our OTC members volunteered at the “Salute to Kids” event last week. There were booths for Happy House and the Environment, with arts and crafts, Choices booklets, and the Drug Free Marshalls.
On May 17th the 9th Annual Poker Party at “Bart Simpson’s house” is being produced by our own Honorary Mayor of the Valley. Please tell your neighbors they are welcome. 1:30 pm to 8:00pm
Bonita Wilson, Liz Baybak, Steve Donavan and Hagit Ron are presenting their spectacular OT wins at David and Bonita Wilson’s home on Saturday April 19th at 11:00am.
Quinn Taufer is BACK! With the SO project to help us get the Valley Ideal Org done!!! Our next big event is May 4th at the new Valley Org Chapel from 5:00 to 9:00pm. Arrivals target is 500. Quinn briefed us on the planned BIG events schedule. Quinn updated us on the amazing stats of the existing Ideal Orgs.
Target for Valley is to start construction in 5 months!
The next major release will be Golden Age of Admin!!
The Int’l Landlord’s Office prepared and sent over two surveys. All the OTC members took the survey data with each other and handed in the results last week. This action begins a project to get several hundred surveys done prior to the marketing design step in our new campaign. Everyone in Los Angeles should be getting Valley done!
Jennifer Jacobson announced the 64th Dianetics Anniversary Event Saturday May 17th 7:00pm on L Ron Hubbard Way.
Reminder:
Valley Week at the Freewinds was announced for May 1st – 8th. Package price includes flight, accomos and a week of special events. Ports of call include Barbados, St. Kitts, Dominica, St. Lucia and Antigua.
Reminder: Carroll Loweree announced the “Love It Forward” program: promoting random acts of kindness! She briefed us on the program and recent activities.
Kathy Welch confirmed OTC members for May 4th. The successful action of having the OTC members who were present at the meeting call and / or text others to increase the OTC meeting attendance. Bring at least one person.
OTC members went into production completing surveys on all OTC members.
