Once upon a time a man decided that he could explain everything from the confines of a very few simple principles. And he talked about how simple life really was.
And for a while, it was.
But then the totality of life trickled in. And try as he might, he could not bail fast enough to keep his little dingy afloat. He tried to explain away the trickle with his little bucket, but the more he tried, the bigger the trickle got.
Until his little dingy sank.
Now he floats easily on his back, spewing salt water in spouts from the sea, with his arms tucked behind his head, looking up at the stars.
Lesson: You don't need a dingy.
You can float just fine on your own!
