It's so sad!
My family sometimes got 6 or 7 calls per week because of this stupid stuff. We got phonecalls from Munich, Copenhagen, England, Flag, LA....!
But nodody informed us about Uwes situation despite when we called them (then we needed 4 or 5 expensive phonecalls from Germany to LA in order to get in contact with him once) and asked how he was doing they always told us that they "will keep us informed." But that never happened.
Flunk for a very, very bad and insane way to communicate CoS!!

I don't think I've ever seen a YouTube video of a series of conversations with the CofS about twenty calls a day confirming an event or international calls to sell the Basics.

Well Markus I think that says it all about the "most ethical planet on earth". Can't begin to tell you how many times myself or members of my family were "promised" things which NEVER occured!!! Any sort of screw up on the church's part was alway being "looked into" and action very rarely taken. However, my god could they be persistant when you needed to be regged for the next course or auditing action. It was like dealing with slobbering hyenas that smell meat, you couldn't shake 'em off for anything!!!
Markus, the entire episode with your brother is so sickening!!! I have 3 family members in the SO and they are all under 20. One is quite young and they are separated from one another (although they were "promised" to be kept together). I worry about them constantly and wonder what their Christmas will be like...............
Oh, and one more point. The only reason the lunatics keep calling us is because we refuse to buy the basics. We must be on some list of rebels that haven't bought that series of dreck!!!! Boy, they can sure be organized if they want to!!!

I've been saving the phone messages for this very purpose. I've got some really good ones, like 2 of the machine-based calls where their machine leaves a message on my machine.
It started one day when someone at the Org left a particularly demanding message, and I deleted it in anger, only to realize 2 seconds later what a great recording it would have been to save.
I've got about 20 so far. I want to edit them to music in an entertaining way for YouTube.

Yup I'm resurrecting this thread again!!!
Got a couple of very weird calls last nite. First off, I didn't handle myself the best way possible as I was sure I had finally gotten rid of the annoying and intrusive calls. Also, was not at the best time. (there-I got off the justifications LOL)
Anyways, some chick called from an Org. I have NEVER been too. She was calling to follow up on my request to stop being called but before she could do that she needed some "information". I was pissed and told her she doesn't need any info other that to NOT CALL. Hung up on her. She calls back again for the info. She was VERY apologetic but persistant. Guess what "info" she needed?
"When were you last doing well in Scio?"
"do you agree with ANYTHING in Scio?"
Guess this is some new campaign to get into "ARC" with exes. Here's an idea.......... how about cleaning up your act and respecting others' "freedom of religion"?
So be prepared for the new onslaught of calls. Basic sales must be low or the church has some new "hill 10s" they must need cash for.
