Thanks Pixie, and I agree. I have met a lot of beautiful people inside as well and it is a pity if they have not woken up yet. I have seen the fear of SO's when DM arrived at their office while I was waiting and delivering something to them. It made me think, and that was just one of the inspirations I had for leaving.

If you have a true leader, you show him respect, not FEAR. And FEAR is what I saw in those SO's. It is just not right. Let's hope we get those beautiful people out soon. :hifive"

Hello Clearcat! Thank you for posting your story. I so relate to how you felt after you got out even though it has been over 20 years for me. It's so great to have this board. Before ESMB there was always a part of me where no one could truly relate. Not even my husband! And he's my best friend!

Whenever I read a story like yours, it's like I have touched another kindred spirit. The fact that people on this board are from all over the world doesn't matter at all. What's wonderful is that we "get it" and none of us have to feel alone anymore!
