Well, I NEVER agreed with THAT notion. I started on this path of the "occult" when I was 15 years old. I am almost 60 now.

I have never agreed with the fundamentalist Christian view that ALL THINGS OCCULT ARE OF SATAN and BAD. The labeling systems of good versus bad of most religions have never been quite "right" for me.

Though from a certain perspective "Satan" may be a sort of "good guy". Lucifer is the "Lightbearer" - the fellow whom the tradition of enlightenment springs from. Including Yoga, meditation, etc. In the end the dichotomies and conflicts are all a sort of illusion - an illusion that it is my job to break free of.

In the end I don't pay much attention to all of the cosmologies and fairy-tales. As I currently see it, it is ones INTENTION and relationship to ones fellow Man and the rest of the Universe that truly matters.

The "devil" IS "in the details", and my approach on that is to forget about most details these days, and simply live and outflow love as best I can wherever I find myself.

With all the information and knowledge presently available about the obscene cult of scientology, the plethora of lies about the Obscene Thetan L. Ron Hubbard by L. Ron Hubbard, and the implant nature of the "tech" spewed from this Offloaded Tulpa Hubbard, anyone still in that cult, still believing in L. Ron Hubbard, and still accepting L. Ron Hubbard's tech, is suspect of suffering from deep mental afflictions. If and when they come out of that Obscene Thetan's cult, they are going to require a LOT of TLC. Those who are at least out from under the offal called the Church of Scientology and having all this information and knowledge available to them, and still persisting in dealing in the implant technology called "auditing"...well, something is rotten in the state of their mind.

Certain mathmatical formulas 'lose locality' when computed completely. This means that at a certain size, all matter has no location, or rather, it's in the same place at the same time all the time.

As I already mentioned, Phil, in his latter years, has fallen under the influence of FZ PR who have molded his responses, so his videos can sometimes be disappointing.

The item I quoted - on the preceding page - was from 2003, before the FZ PR got hold of him.

What is FANTASTIC about this site is that members are not afraid to fight for the right to have an opinion.

They are not afraid to tell someone to get knotted and they are not afraid to show love and understanding.

This site is full of gutsy people with opinions that cover the entire intellectual spectrum of our love/accept/hate subject.

I think this is an interesting thread but I don't think I could have added an intelligent answer to the OP questions even when I was a raving lover of Scientology - My standard answer to lesser questions was "I don't care about any of that stuff; It works" - I simply didn't want to look past the tape I was currently listening to.

My opinion has changed of course, but most of us agree that SOME of the tech works and if the FZ'ers and indies want to go with that, then good luck to them.

I have another agenda.
