Beautiful letter from Mary Sue about Ron.

October 12
I came home to this tonight....It was posted on an FB Scientology page. It is probably one of the most insightful looks into the man himself, who worked tirelessly to bring Dianetics and Scientology into the world, written by the one person who knew him best, his wife. This makes it all the more clear to me, that our work and all that we do is SO much more than even we realize. From humble beginnings we came....

The only place you'll find that, is at the milestone two site.

THE WAY RON WORKS
By Mary Sue Hubbard

"Many people have questioned me regarding Ron’s research and investigation into the human mind. ...

Maybe someday we can realize Ron’s Project. Very few know about it, but someday he hopes to have every auditor in the field “who is worth his stuff as an auditor” on the HASI payroll. They would be given some person – someone in high government position, someone in the arts, someone in religion – people who are in the public eye and who supply thousands morale in the forms of good public works, books, paintings, humor, spiritual aid, to bird-dog until they submitted to processing. These auditors could then simply process and promote without depending upon public approval or financial support which is dependent upon public approval.
"Maybe someday we can accomplish this. It is a goal worth working towards. We, too, will have a better world someday.
"It is Ron’s dream and yours and mine."
Mary Sue Hubbard Ability Minor 3 ca. early April 1955

Well it's a start I guess. But it's a pity all the altruistic talk was lies.

Shortly after I got into the Cult at FCDC around 1972, I went out to get a bite to eat with some guy from the classroom.

I didn't know him at all....and don't recall twinning with him.....

Just a guy...to go eat lunch with.

Walking back to the org.....he said....won't it be great....when there are OTs......there won't be any garbage problems....

"an OT could just make a hole....where all the garbage could be dumped in it..."

I don't really recall exactly what he said....but it made me really angry....

I mean, how stupid can one get! He didn't even talk about "as ising it"....

Just "create a hole " to put it in....?

Looking back....now I know why Cult members are not allowed to talk about Scientology with each other.

We'd all find out how stupid some are....and run for the hills.

I had a conversation with a guy who had spent/given 900k total to the $cientology. cult. He remarked that Miscavige must be at least OT16 the way he never looks at his notes when he gives a speech. I didn't have the heart to tell him about the tele-promters.

:hysterical: HILARIOUS :hysterical:

But even if you explained it him. . .would it have made any difference?

OLGA THE OT
That Ron, he is so OT, he is operating
like totally outside of the MEST universe!

BLOWN SCIENTOLOGIST
What makes you say that?

OLGA THE OT
Well, jeez, there are so many examples!

BLOWN SCIENTOLOGIST
Like?

OLGA THE OT
Well, like at the beginning of every one of Ron's
audio lectures, he is so exterior to matter, energy
space and time--that he has to orient himself in
the physical universe. That's why he always asks
the audience "What's the Date?"

BLOWN SCIENTOLOGIST
No, that's not why. He asked the date so
that later on they can quickly catalogue
each 90 minute tape and don't confuse tapes
on different subjects on different dates.

OLGA THE OT
That Ron is so OT to take responsibility
for organizing the tapes, so that
mankind can achieve total spiritual freedom!

BLOWN SCIENTOLOGIST
NO, that's not why he did it. He organized
the tapes so that he could sell them and
personally pocket huge amounts of
parishioner's money and get rich!

OLGA THE OT
That Ron has such high havingness!

It was obvious....even the timing of the speeches at events was done to allow appropriate clapping and cheering.

It was obvious when people clapped and cheers at "unpredicted" points in the speeches....because the speech giver got "thrown off" and didn't know what to do at that point...

It changed the prearranged gate and rhythm of the speeches....

We've hashed over the tele-prompters before on ESMB. Obviously the cult has plenty of (stolen) money to get the best state of the art equipment. It's very difficult to see it/them from out in the audience.

But the tele-prompters go on the fritz at times. My experience was seeing a cult speaker say "roll forward" repeatedly. The machine had gotten stuck and he was instructing the S.O. tech to roll the text forward manually. The dumber cult members out in the audience took this as a gung-ho $cn. statement of intention to "clear the planet" or some such, and applauded, lol.

Beautiful letter from Mary Sue about Ron.

Yes, it is a beautiful letter and loaded with rhetoric. The style seems to be more L Ron's than Mary Sue's, too. Breakdown of rhetoric and hyperbole:

worked tirelessly to bring Dianetics and Scientology into the world Tirelessly? That would describe the followers, not L Ron.

It is probably one of the most insightful looks into the man himself,
Says who?

written by the one person who knew him best, his wife. Not so well, it seems. He ditched her and left her in jail in the end and made no arrangements for her after his death.

From humble beginnings Yes. Stealing his friend's boat and wife

They had never heard of Dianetics or Scientology. All they knew or were aware of was that they felt better, their bad eyesight or maybe the limp in a once injured leg was gone. Who is THEY? Or maybe the bad eyesight or limp never went away after all.

Wherever we have been it has always been the same – in England, Belgium, France, Germany, Spain, or here in our United States – rich or poor, young or old, diseased or insane, there has always been the hidden man, woman, and child behind the scenes who were helped and who, but did they know it, were contributing to the furtherance of a science.

Yes, they were always hidden, never documented. Funny that. Where have I heard that phrase, 'Every man woman and child' before? Complete rhetoric, incredible exaggeration and hyperbole, not factual. More of L Ron's trying to convince others that it wasn't a quack and was an actual 'science.' (then it became a religion)

“Man is basically good.” I know of no one who believes this as strongly as Ron does. REALLY? What limited exposure. You never read about Ghandi or Jesus Christ? Besides, L Ron didn't even believe all men are basically good, anyway. He said that if he helped an SP all he'd get is a 'cleared cannibal.' Is that how anyone would describe a 'basically good' person?

"Ron sat for a very long time—silent, his eyes closed. Finally after what had seemed like hours he opened his eyes, and said, “Yes! Yes I do.” After his producer friend left, I asked him why he had taken so long to answer. He replied “I was watching pass before me a parade of all the people I had helped, their expression one of hope and faith in the goodness of that future. Nothing can be worth more to me than that.” :hysterical: :hysterical: :hysterical: We know L Ron was a fan of Edgar Rice Burroughs, but this is just a cheap ripoff from one of his books. Edgar Rice Burroughs quote: 'During that period of eternity many events of my life passed before my mental vision, a vast parade of friends and occurrences.'

He suddenly stopped and began shouting, “I walk – I walk.” No name? No documentation? Didn't join scn? More BS.

I could go on, but I have another point to make:

MSH or L Ron writing as MSH repeatedly states that they did these things on people without their knowing. That means without their permission and that also smacks of hynotism. For example:

''The funny thing is that the majority of the hundreds of research cases on whom he worked to give us the principles for building a better world were never aware of who he was or what he was doing.'

Very, very creepy. None of this 'research' claimed here is documented officially by Hubbard and written up in detail as research using the scientific method, either, not even referring to such people as 'Subject A', etc.

I don't have a photo but I have a short story.

One day back in the '90s here in Italy there was a Freewinds Tour in my class V Org.

We were in the garden during an Academy break and the young and nice Sea Org member from the Freewinds started to tell stories about how Miscavige was such an OT.

"Think about this.." she said " One day there was an all hands to write letters out. After few hours we had hundreds of letters forming a mountain of envelopes. Then came Miscavige to do an inspection. He looked at the mountain of envelopes than took one of them by choice. He opened it and immediatly he spotted a big error in the writing!" (Pause to make an effect) "Seeing this the COB ordered to open all the letters to check them. After they found out that the Miscavige's chosen one was THE ONLY LETTER in the stack that contained errors!!! And HE spotted it istantaneously!!! The COB must be al least OT XX!!!"

WTF???

How can one believe such a magical tale?

But the creation of the Miscavige myth among his troops could be a subject in itself.

I remember thinking many alternative explanations (and even not believing the tale) despite the fact that I was still a Kool Aid drinker.

If he was such an OT why would he waste all that Dev-T on opening a mountain of envelopes that had no errors?

Yeah. Must of been some type of other rotten fish frying trick he was up to.

And, if he was that ot he would have perceived that almost no one was going to read the formless form letters anyway.

Letters Out. Big stupid and everyone knows it.

:hysterical:

Your doubting COB's OT-ness and right-ness is shocking! Cue naval-costumed Greek Chorus (standing nearby on stage) to point their censorious fingers at you.

Suddenly, the huddled mass of true-believing, identically-thinking cult members begin their monotonous unison chant: Don't make him wrong! Don't Make him wrong! Don't make him wrong! [SUP]*[/SUP]

* Such an imbecilic chanting response (to safeguard the infallibility of COB) certainly would have never happened in real life, right? This is assuredly a ludicrous exaggeration just for satiric effect, is it not? It reminds one of an earlier-similar spoof where a former high ranking Sea Org member made up a hilarious spoof where COB mercilessly beat him bloody in front of fellow elite executives; whereupon (the funny fictional tale goes) COB stormed out of the room. And that's when the parody really gets silly by claiming that the naval-costumed Hubbardites didn't like the fact that the total-effect victim was bleeding and trying to attend to his own wounds--so they began to shout commands "Don't make him wrong!". Of course, none of that ever really happened, not in reality. (Because 'reality' is 'agreement' and scientologists exercised their inalienable freedom to choose not to agree that it happened. If further proof is needed, simply ask any scientologist and they will happily confirm that it never happened)

I too don't believe one second this lettter has been written by his wife.

By the way, did Mary Sue really thought LRH was doing research????

MSH was a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Texas.
I am certain she could make the difference between scientific research in the field of mind and mental
and hallucinations and dellusion of her lunatic, drugged, paranoid husband lies and fabulations! :confused2:

It is my belief she knew from the beginning he was a liar and manipulator!
(The heart has its reasons that the reason ignores. ) :confused2:

LOLOL

But, wait. Dr. Hubbard's axiom states that: "OUTFLOW EQUALS INFLOW".

But, wait. On the other hand, staff has been dutifully writing many tens of millions of (outflow) letters--but none of those people ever come into the org (inflow).

But, wait. Maybe you are on to something there. Because when I and a bunch of other Scientology Volunteer Ministers flew to the scene of the great Asian earthquake, we ran into some problems. When someone was trapped in a building and bleeding to death, our senior Tech terminal said we should just pull them out set up a photo-op before calling the local ambulances to take them away. When I asked if that was possibly going to endanger the victim's life, the Case Supervisor face ripped me and said: "So what, let it bleed. That's outflow. And outflow equals inflow. So if they are bleeding a lot, that just means that they are also inflowing lots of new blood!"

Yeah, so we had a bunch of those DBs die on us, and that really was pretty enturbulating--because we never got the PR photo done with them smiling and holding their thumb up while reading a copy of Way To Happiness.

If he was such an OT why would he waste all that Dev-T on opening a mountain of envelopes that had no errors?

I think he did it to show that DBs the HE had the 63th perceptic completely IN:

63. Awareness of grammatical errors or syntatic errors or typos in LO (Letters Out)

Another explanation could be that ALL the letters had errors but no one was able to recognize them or was so masochistic to say it, so the poor troopers had to rely on the OTness of their dictator .... and he fooled them.

And given that They were bypassed, if Hubbard's policy was followed, ALL the command lines between COB and them (and all the troopers themselves, obviously) had to go automatically in DANGER condition.

The most advanced management tech in the universe :duh:... really.
