First sentence justifies attacks on Tory.. In a 'reasonable' way, so as to not provoke protests.
Second sentence seeks to exempt our own office from responsibility or blame.. (Shit! - I nearly slipped there! - WTF, people will think I'm joking..) and has: 'Tory pulls some real crap', validated with 'IMO' to make it stand out.
Third sentence throws the whole issue into the air for a little recreational break.
Last sentence makes Anon, the OG and the reader wrong. This makes the sentences above true as the exeption. It is now acceptable to tear Tory down.

Tory's actions are not above criticism. No one's are. I refuse to limit myself to just praise or to try to limit others to just praise. She isn't always right, she does do things that aren't ok sometimes and then she does great fantastic things. Any of that which she's done publicly, the good, the bad, the in between is grist for the mills of discussion.
I've seen you criticize people on the net, SP. Well, you know what? If it's ok to do it to one person, than it's ok to do it to anybody. Nobody gets a Kha khan status or free pass from me and they shouldn't from anyone else, either.
However this also means that if someone who does things that are worthy of criticism ALSO does something good and effective, that one should recognize and discuss that.
I don't live in an either/or world.
So yeah, both the negative commentary and the praise are all justified.
