I'm putting this in the media section since it's TV, and all. I almost put it in off topic, but it is about seeing Scn'ists on tv, soooo...
I was watching the last couple minutes of Trading Spaces (for those who aren't familiar with it and/or don't live in the US, it's a home improvement thing where two families or neighbors trade their houses for a weekend, 2 design teams come in and each family gets one. They then completely redecorate one room- sometimes drastically- and then there's the big unveiling.) last night while waiting for another show I like on that network to come on.
So they had redone this Las Vegas couple's study/office. But what I saw was interesting to me- their book shelf proudly displayed a full set of tech vols and what I was pretty sure was a full set of R & D vols next to it. I just thought that was neat. I showed my husband and he said that he thought there was some other time they had Scn'ists on there because of the participant's word choice. We were wondering if the show has any dealings with the celeb center or anything like that.
Anyway,no big whoop, just a neat bit of serendipity.
