Yes! I am in full compliance & support of all theta things to salvage this sector!

As such, I have issued a check for $5 million to the TTC Foundation, that all others may be given the opportunity to become trained & able to serve.

It's not the Tech Training Corps, it's the Toothbrush Toilet Cleaning Foundation, where beings may ascend the spiritual bridge by first taking responsibility for cleaning up the overt products of others.

When a person asks to leave, there is a routing form to be done. Much persuasion is used to get the person to stay.
For a long while it took 1-2 years to leave.
Sec checks (police polygraphing) is done month after month after month to find the CRIMES.
In the course of the procedure to "route out" persuasion is brought to bear.
So one of the common lines used by the Ethics Officers is

"You will never make it if you leave the Sea Organization. You will be flipping burgers at minimum wage for the rest of your life."

I used that flippantly as an ex-Sea org "inside joke." It seems you took the post seriously. My humor must have been poor. Sorry.

This was also the case in my little ole org. I have done more than one leaving-staff sec check. I had a reputation as being a damned good sec-checker and pulled stuff that other folks never found--and got all the details. As fucked as it is to be the one routing out, gotta tell ya, being the sec-checker also really sucked. Threatened daily for not finding the big O/Ws... called in daily to review the sessions... threatened continually with being declared SP, because if the person wanted to route out 'per the tek' they had huge overts, and not pulling those withholds was a high crime. If I didn't find out their 'horrific crimes', then I was the criminal...

Yep, the 'flipping burgers' thing was told over and over... of course, flipping burgers pays more than being on staff

On one of the subjects, I know most:

These days I lean toward Boca Burgers (vegetarian), but every Sunday our family gets together for family dinner, with heavy emphasis on barbecue (we live in California, where you can have 70 degrees on Christmas Day). I've been barbecuing meat and veggies literally since I was three.

B]Flipping Burgers is a major joy in life.[/B]

"Never fear to hurt another in a just....hilarious flippant flip-joke!" (Hell Ron Hoaxard)

You know, that "You'll be flipping burgers" tech is a perfect example of the SP (Scientology Paradox) tech.

One morning, while you are on post in the SO you are love bombed with validation about how any Sea Org member could do a better job of running a Fortune 500 company because they know the tech.

That same afternoon, if that erstwhile all-powerful wizard of financial and corporate know-how even so much as hints that they might leave the SO, they are bombarded with invalidation about how they could not do any better than flipping burgers out in the wog world.

I am sensing there's a little outpoint in there somewhere. :hysterical:

Normally, in life when faced with two contradictory statements like that ONLY ONE IS TRUE.

In Scientology, as it often happens, BOTH ARE A LIE.

You know, looking on this is just more confirmation about why I think apologists and Marty and such are just... !$#@. I still stand by what I've come to believe is the fact that a lot of policy is a whitewash and that when stuff goes wrong, it is easy to say it was "off-policy", but what I did as a sec-checker was 100% on-policy, standard tech, and it was fucked.... really fucked. And per the tech, yep, I was culpable if I didn't find the withholds that made them want to leave such a fucked-up situation. DED-DEDEX... give me a break. I'd apologize for my language, but it fits.

Wow!!! I hadn't seen all these Access Hollywood pieces. This one is VERY telling. Katie is not a very good liar (which says good things about her) and damn the cult for putting her in that position (although she agreed).

What's so secret about how they met? Hmmm

Anybody else would have answered this simple question!!!!!

Holy frak.... hindsight is 20/20... would have flipped right past me, but now.... dang!

Time for a magnifying glass:

"...telling them how disgusted and ashamed of them of the crap they aired on their show tonight about our church."

If Hubbard had instead called Scientology a "scientific theory", then Scientologists would have written:

"...telling them how disgusted and ashamed of them of the crap they aired on their show tonight about our scientific theory."

All reference to defrocking, apostates, bigotry and religious discrimination would not exist in Scientologists' playbook.

If Hubbard hadn't told Scientologists that Scientology is a "religion" they would be laughing about that if anyone implied it.

But now they are dead serious and don't even get the joke that they are speaking lines from a script that they didn't write.

ps: I also like the reference to "uneducated suppressive comments" because the cult member doesn't even have a clue that the culture at large does not assign any special loaded meaning to the word "suppressive". (try reading it with the normal English definition). I would say that would be a great demonstration of being "uneducated" :hysterical:

So very telling indeed.

Got a copy of Vanity Fair from a local Walgreens today, btw.

$4.99 well spent. P.S. My co-worker read the whole thing before I did. LOL

Funny how Scientologists think they are always winning.

I think even Charlie Sheen can learn from them. And he is damned good.

Yay! We can all buy tons of copies to push Vanity Fair's stats....

Sorry, couldn't resist... still remembering when Scios were watching Battlefield Earth several times a day on opening weekend. But, yeah, I'll eat rice and beans for a meal or two to pick up a copy:yes:

Thanks for posting that video link!

It is a stunning demonstration (from Cruise) how to evade TR-3 by a wog who is getting dangerously close to finding out a cult secret--while appearing to be "SuperWinning" (cue line charge: YUK YUK YUK YUK YUK YUK YUK YUK).

A MUST-SEE VIDEO

I think they were both really bad liars in that video, but yeah especially Katie. She could barely look at the interviewer. Tom smiled a lot, but never with his eyes.
