"A scientologist is not allowed to sing"

Are you being paid by the cult? or blackmailed? or just getting the stats up for Ron.?

You must be joking.

I left SCN in 2003 and don't want anything more to do with that organization.
However, there are 2 sides to every story.
This is the other half of that story.
I got it on both ends..

It would be more interesting to hear what you have to say here in this forum, considering that most likely nobody here will buy your book.

Speak for yourself, Smilla.
No one is required to buy anything.
If one is interested in my story they will read my posts.
If they choose, when the book is out in english, they can buy it and get
the entire story.

Each person who was in SCN and who left had their own experience.
None of us had a good experience, or we wouldn't have left.

My time with SCN was certainly different than many of the people here on this forum.
It was compounded by my being in another country and culture as well.
Because I am not universally bashing SCN doesn't mean that my life was any less effected by the negative reprocussions of SCN,
than yours.

Nor does it mean that I like SCN any more than any of you do.
However, I have to tell my story the way it happened to me.
It was not a simple good guy, bad guy story. It was much more complicated than that.

I do not believe that one ends corruption by being corrupt.
I do not believe that one "cures" illegal behaviour by operating outside the law.

I have chosen to tell my story this way, because it is what happened.
The truth is a very powerful sword.

No matter what any SCN "critic" feels about my choices, everything I have done
and do, has been carefully thought out.

It may not be obvious to some of you, but that doesn't mean that I am
in any way in agreement with what SCN is doing and behaving.

That's a bit more like it. I get the feeling that you're pretty angry about the way it all impacted on you - that's very natural, and something we can all understand. For what it's worth, I genuinely wish you well. What's gone is gone. All we can do is rebuild.

Hi Nicole,
I am travelling non-stop in the moment.
Tomorrow, I am going to London to meet with a PR company to represent
the english-version of my book in the USA and the UK.

When I have a bit more time later in the week, then I will write some more here.
All the best,
Mark

It's the (presumably) cult-approved side of the story, told to discredit those who attack scientology. In the Video you came out and said how scientology let you off the hook sooooo easily when you left. My guess is that you either made a deal with them (perhaps a deal enforced by OSA/Ethics) to keep them off your back or you are running an op for them as a volunteer. I think the latter is more likely.
You assign blame to anti-scientologist for your disasters. That in itself is not a big deal. but you go much further and write a book about it. That's a much bigger deal.

You act completelty ignorant of the fact that working for OSA "intensively" in the cult on their projects to maximise the number of people they could lure into the cult,
to be enslaved is what brought the damage that was caused to you. It was not done to damage you, it was done to damage the cult. When you got up and sang, part of your agenda was to promote the cult. You say you have been an entertainer all your life and that you work only with INT people/OSA (not with the lackeys in the cult) and then act all coy and say that maybe you were "naive" and didn't realize the role you played. I was uncertain about writing too much here, thinking that I should just be a bit conservative, and see what else happens/is said, but since you have written a whole book, and so far I have only seen it touted as being about how anti-scientologists attacked your rights to "religious freedom", I don't think I need to bother being so cautious.

I am going on the information that has been on this board, including the reviews that you put up yourself. Is there something missing?
