Victoria Britton interview on the death of Kyle Brennan, Saturday July 20, 2013, Noon

In early 2007, Kyle Brennan was an outgoing and creative 20-year-old attending college and thinking about his future. He had his whole life ahead of him.

But in mid-February, when Kyle was visiting his Scientologist father Thomas Brennan, things turned ugly.

According to Damian DeWitt who has followed the case, "On February 16, 2007, Kyle Brennan was found shot through the head under circumstances so suspicious that the possibility he was murdered, shocking as it is, cannot be excluded."

There is enough drama and mystery in this story to twist your mind and tug heavily on your heart strings. Why did his dad seize Kyle's medication and lock it in the trunk of his vehicle? Drama? Lies? Cover-ups and possible murder?

Host Colleen Sautez' special guest during this program is Kyle's mom, Victoria Britton.

Please listen in.

Re: Victoria Britton interview on the death of Kyle Brennan, Saturday July 20, 2013,

Here is a timeline of events leading up to Kyle Brennan's death from a show announcement post at Why We Protest:

https://whyweprotest.net/community/...0-2013-noon-pacific-time.112435/#post-2333329

May 2006: Denise Miscavige becomes Tom Brennan's Scientology pseudo-psychotherapist or auditor. Tom is Kyle’s Scientologist father. Denise is the twin sister of Scientology leader David Miscavige. Denise and Tom are living in Clearwater, Florida, the Mecca of Scientology.
August 2006: Tom Brennan invites Kyle to visit Clearwater.
Sept 5, 2006: Brennan explodes in an argument with Kyle about psychiatry. Kyle flees back to Charlottesville.
Sep - Nov 2006: Kyle realizes Scientology has degraded his father and decides to save him by undertaking an initiative to the FBI to get them to investigate Brennan for crimes of embezzlement and the Ivy Gardens arson.
Late November 2006: Kyle sets out on his mission. He tells Victoria he is leaving, but she doesn't believe him and is worried to discover he has left home.
December 2006: While visiting schools in Waterloo, Iowa, Victoria speaks with Kyle, and he says that he is thinking things over.
Early January 2007: Kyle begins calling FBI offices and continues up to the time of his death.
Mid-January: Kyle visits his aunts, Brennan's sisters, in San Diego. Aunt Carrie and Tom get into the biggest fight of their lives over psychiatry. Denise Miscavige writes four KRs (Knowledge Reports) in five days to Ethics Officer Matteo Rosetti.
Late January: At the suggestion of his uncle Gary Robinson, Victoria's brother, in Fort Myers, Florida, Kyle vacations in Maui.
February 5: Kyle is assaulted on Maui by a thief trying to steal his backpack. He decides to return home and visit his father in Clearwater on his way back.
February 6: Kyle calls the Clearwater police to tell them he is coming to Clearwater in case anything should happen to him. Denise Miscavige sends a KR to Rosetti.
February 7: Kyle has an important 2 1/2 hour conversation with his Uncle Gary. He tells him 1. He is sorry for the drama and anguish he has caused to his family and especially Victoria 2. He is taking his anti-depressant, Lexapro, everyday 3. He has all his $5K of gold coins with him. He arrives in Clearwater that night. Denise Miscavige sends a KR to Rosetti.
Thursday, February 8: Brennan attempts to handle Kyle with vitamins. Kyle refuses to be handled.
Sunday, February 11: Brennan (without Kyle) goes to Denise Miscavige's home to make her Sunday brunch. She attempts to handle Victoria into putting Kyle into Narconon Arrowhead. Victoria is outraged.
Monday, February 12: Denise Miscavige sends a KR to Rosetti.
Tuesday, February 13: Brennan discovers for the first time Kyle is calling the FBI. Kyle refuses to tell him why. Miscavige sends a KR to Rosetti, the last of eight KRs she has written in the previous month.
Wednesday, February 14: Brennan calls Victoria and is hysterical. He asks her why Kyle is calling the FBI.
Thursday, February 15: Brennan seizes Kyle's Lexapro and locks it in the trunk of his car. That afternoon he leaves an angry message on Kyle's cell phone telling him to take the vitamins he bought the week before. Kyle walks 4 miles to and from a bank to make a counter deposit to keep his account open in Charlottesville.
Friday, February 16: Brennan comes home at 10:30 pm after having dinner with friends. Brennan calls Denise Miscavige an hour and a half later and then 911. According to testimony from Brennan and Denise Miscavige's husband Jerry Gentile, Miscavige, Brennan, and Gentile are all at the apartment at 11:30 pm - 45 minutes before emergency help is called for Kyle.
Saturday, February 17: Police investigate Kyle's death shortly after midnight under the direction of rookie officer Jonathan Yuen. Kyle's laptop has been stolen and is accessed for the first time around 2:00 am (probably by OSA – Scientology’s intelligence agency, the Office of Special Affairs). It is accessed four more times the following week, and returned to Kyle's family with all documents deleted. That afternoon Kyle's oldest brother Scott calls Tom to find out what happened. He says at least twice, "Tell people that the Church of Scientology had nothing to do with Kyle's death."
Thursday, February 22: Kyle's funeral Mass is held at the Catholic Church of St. Thomas Aquinas in Charlottesville.
Around February 25 Kyle's belongings are returned: His $5K in gold coins are missing and everything has been deleted from his laptop and Ipod.
February 2007 - December 2008: Detective Stephen Bohling carries out his investigation with massive obstruction of justice falsifying Kyle’s diagnosis to make him appear mentally unstable. Bohling blocks processing of a Gun Shot Residue test that would show whether or not Kyle pulled the trigger on the weapon that killed him. Medical Examiner Marti Scholl falsely declares the manner of his death to be suicide. There is no suicide note, no bullet, no fingerprints. Three notes found at the scene are forgeries.
February 2009: Victoria as administrator of Kyle's Estate files a wrongful death suit naming as defendants Denise Miscavige and her husband, Tom Brennan, and Flag Service Organization in Clearwater. US Federal Court judge Stephen Merryday hears the case. Scientology withholds documents from him and fabricates others.
December 2011: Judge Stephen Merryday dismisses the suit.
February 2012: Lawyer Luke Lirot files an appeal and authorizes the public dissemination of depositions in the case which heretofore have not been available to the public for them to learn of the obstruction of justice by Bohling and Scholl and massive lying by Scientologists.
September 2012: A Federal appeals court in Jackonsville, FL, hears oral arguments, and denies the appeal without comment within two business days.
September 2012 to present: The quest for justice for Kyle Brennan continues.

Both Victoria and Kyle are so beautiful. It is kind of unbelievable that such a horrible fate could ultimately befall such a sweet little boy. I'm glad she got to treasure all those precious moments with her boy, but oh, how sad it all is.

That date should be September 2012, not September 2013, correct?

Re: Victoria Britton interview on the death of Kyle Brennan, Saturday July 20, 2013,

Thanks AnonyMary, Robert and MoarXenu.

This will be a great show. The amount of info I have seen on this case is overwhelming. This reminds me so much of the Lisa Mcpherson case for cover-ups and lies, it's amazing.

Justice for Kyle must happen. This is a travesty. Please come listen in, and if you can't be available to listen to the one hour show on Sat , 1 pm Pac standard time, then the show will be archived and you tubed. You can listen to the show when it works for your schedule. The same link will work for the archive and I will be posting if there are new links.

Re: Victoria Britton interview on the death of Kyle Brennan, Saturday July 20, 2013,

I am so sorry that I saw this too late to listen to the show live and possibly call into it but I just listened to it.

Colleen thank you so very much for doing this show and for helping to keep Kyle's memory alive for all of us.

You did a wonderful job and I am so deeply grateful for what you did.

You have my utmost respect!

Thank you for helping Victoria tell her story. She is one of the most kind, gentle and beautiful people I have ever known.

Everyone here IMO needs to listen to this program if they have not:

One way or another, if by action, inaction, undue influence or neglect, organized scientology and scientology is behind this poor boy's death and they have covered it up with their legal might and lies.

And I pray that we can keep Kyle's memory and his story alive until the full truth is known and something can be done to help ensure such a terrible tragedy is not repeated because of the horrors of what we know as "scientiology".

With my greatest possible love to you Victoria and Kyle! :love8: :rose: :console:

I would sure like to know what was in those erased documents. As a computer tech I would have used some recovery software to find out. Just because someone deletes or erases the documents does not truly get rid of them and they can be easily recovered. No wonder David's twin sister is driving around drunk and high on marijuana. She must be doing all she can to forget. If someone still has Kyle's laptop, we could still get the deleted documents recovered and find out what it's all about and maybe send someone to jail.

Dean....I was wondering the same thing about Kyles computer. If his mother took it to an expert, could they recover what the OSA wiped out? I would love to know if anyone tried. It could break this case wide open.

Yes. If his mother took it to an expert the deleted data could most likely be recovered. Criminals often delete or erase things from there computers but a forensic recovery specialist can often recover the information anyway and it can then be used as evidence.
