Scientology is a tax exempt 501c(3) religion according to the Internal Revenue Service within the United States.
David Miscavige and the Church of Scientology misapporiate funding in multiple ways from unknowing donors of the exempt organization. They are reported to force abortions within the Sea Organization; the church's religious order, former member allegations of abuse, removing individuals rights to free speech, uses funds to hire Private Investigators to follow defectors and covers up abuses deeming this organization unfit to hold 501c(3) status.

David Miscavige and his Sea Organization receive free services provided by the organization that have been reported to be in excess of $800/hr for auditing services, $4000+ for books and $30-$100,000+ for other services and fees. ( These costs are not waived for the average parishioner. Inurement, which occurs if a shareholder or other insider receives personal benefits from the organization, is strictly prohibited for 501(c)(3) organizations. For example, the nonprofit may not sell property of the organization to a board member for less than the fair market value, nor may a shareholder receive free services from the nonprofit that others pay for.

All members of a 501c(3) must know and follow the laws of the land. According to several former members of the organization they have been stalked, harassed and in some instances held prisoner when trying to leave.
( See also ( and the Fair Game/Disconnection Policy as written by Founder Lafayette Ron Hubbard. (HCO Policy Letter of 18 October 1967) which states, "SP Order Fair Game May be deprived of property or injured by any means by any Scientologist without any discipline of the Scientologist. May be tricked, sued or lied to or destroyed."

    What does SP refer to?
Suppressive Person (or SP) – An evil person. If someone is found to be an SP by the Church, they are “Declared”, meaning they cannot have any contact with any Scientologist whatsoever.( Critics and anyone who may speak against the organization is labeled a SP and their family and friends are subjected to PTS standards (potential trouble source) as referred to multiple times in their policy to force disconnection of SP. (

Scientologists claim Fair Game/Disconnection has been cancelled. The HCO Policy Letter of 21 October 1968 Cancellation of Fair Game
“The practice of declaring people FAIR GAME will cease. FAIR GAME may not appear on any Ethics Order. It causes bad public relations.
This P/L does not cancel any policy on the treatment or handling of an SP.” P/L refers to policy letter.

    This indicates that:
    a) he only said this as a PR move so as not to get into trouble with the authorities, not out of any personal sense of what is right and what is wrong, and
    b) the policy on how to handle an SP had not changed. And here is another policy which proves tht he never actually changed his operating basis with regard to those he viewed as “suppressive”:

“A truly Suppressive Person or group has no rights of any kind and actions taken against them are not punishable.”
    – L. Ron Hubbard, Hubbard Communications Office Policy Letter, 1 March 1965, HCO (Division 1) “Ethics, Suppressive Acts, Suppression of Scientology and Scientologists”

We encourage you to also fill out the Tax Exempt Complaint Form located here:

We call for the President of the United States, the IRS under Charles Rettig, FBI and any other legal investigating power to audit their financials and provide proof of charitable activities and personal gain records of Mr. David Miscavige.

    I'd like to add:

The "Blow Drill." This is an actual group of Scientology Staff that Train to go out and Kidnap and Bring Back anyone that leaves Staff...or those that try to walk away from the cult. (escape)

In other words, the Cult has groups of people that train to be Kidnappers....
  3. Will add to the petition. Thank you

You might want to get some more info on this point from others here, that would be more informed about this than I am....

But I've certainly heard about this and it has been mentioned a few times on ESMB

Oh OK, I'd thought it was a Cruise/Travolta thingy and because I wasn't into that scene I was just unfamiliar with the sordid details.
