What happens to Scn that never get the mental help they need?

In hindsight, I realize that so many people entered the org hoping to fix mental health issues with Dianetics.

What would happen to someone who has severe bi-polar disorder that is trying to fix this with auditing? Can anyone chime in on what you saw happen in your org?

They would be allowed on lines as long as they had any money to get. Then they would be dumped and declared.
