Did he just make that up like the rest of SCN?

I want to know who he or she was and how RON tested him to see if he was still a cannibal.

Where is the clear cannibal today?
Is there a tribe of them somewhere?
Did they attest to clear at FLAG?
How was standard tech applied to them if it was in a jungle somewhere?

I don't think you'd expect a scientific study on cleared cannibals if there isn't even one on "civilized" clears.

The "cleared cannibal" statement is of course not more than a cheap excuse for failed results.

If I had to guess, I'd say they are stored at The Galactic Trading and Ethnic Advancement Unit's Headquarters. Maybe someone who is channeling Ron's spaceship could give you the location of the planet they are located on.
