This is the first time I've read that someone besides Lesevre has been on the ED Int post in the last 15 years.

actually the "highly trained tech staff" rarely had a clue about anything - including Scientology. A lot of them thought there the "tech" could be separated out from the rest of Hubbard's insanity.
To become "highly trained" was to become "highly brainwashed". Not "highly able".
The "highly trained" people who later became some of the better names - Alan on this list, Amos and some others seem to have been sane, intelligent capable individuals BEFORE they became "highly trained" not because of it.
After all - how could one possibly be a highly trained individual and support such a stupid "organization" as the Church of Scientology? I mean, sheesh, Hubbard couldn't have organized a piss up in a brewery - well if he had "organized" it it would have taken 3 people to write the policies and the "tech". Two more to type it all up, then one person to review it, another to authorize it , one more to print it up, one more to distribute it. One more to cancel it all for being "squirrel", three missionaires to assign people conditions and to report back to the mother ship and a lot of meetings. The beer would evaporate before Hubbard could even get around to the party.
And then Hubbard could have released a new rundown explaining how he had organized piss ups in breweries way back down the whole track before anyone else had ever heard of a brewery. In fact he invented brewing.

I know this probably doesn't help, but there were Astrupgaard and Hickey kids in the SO at PAC 4-5 years ago... and I think there were a few Hickeys on public lines at ASHO or LA Org too.

Morten has been around reg lines since he got onto staff at DK Org. Liz was the CO DKD and FDN at the time, she used to be married to Ib Nygaard back then. Both the Astrupgaards and the Nygaards were well known families of Scientologists. One of Morten's sisters, Anna is married to Jens Uhrskov who used to be Snr C/S Dk Org before he joined the SO at FOLO EU and then went to INt as D/ED Int.
Last I heard Jens was at Gold. All of them, Liz, Morten, Anna, Jens - great people

Anybody know what happened to Barbara... Ellingson? Auditor at ASHO in late 80s, waist-length black hair. Or Toby, was the chaplain there same time.
Another friend I've always wanted to find again was Janelle Shipp. She married Oscar Candia and got pregnant, left because she wouldn't have an abortion (good for her) and I think she had a son. She used to be at Snr HCO WUS, in the 90s, and had family in Oregon or thereabouts. I miss her.
Jeremiah Deering, in Div 6 at ASHO late 90s, was declared sometime around 2001ish... we used to hang out in CF and sneak off base to get fatburger, man those were good times.
Monet Barendsen, was ASHO HAS for years, declared a couple of years ago....
Jessica Gundelfinger, also from ASHO.
I wish I knew where they all went.

I heard a LOT of people got in trouble because of me - because of what I did. They told me that I was getting the light end of the stick.... I always thought they were bluffing.
But Monet was the HAS when I was declared. I hope she didn't get in trouble cause of me. Well, if so, maybe its the best thing that ever happened to her...

I haven't found out why yet. I've been trying. Supposedly it was "really bad" tho that is what they always say. I'm sure it wasn't because of you, tho.
I feel bad for her because I worry where she would go. Jascha (her husband) stayed in the SO. Her mom is/was on staff. She spent her whole late-childhood / young-adulthood in the SO. All her friends were SO. She was totally dedicated to the point of making herself sick with lack of sleep and so on. What will happen to her? Where will she go? We never got along all that well on post due to mutual stress, but I still was her friend. I wouldn't want her on the street or something.
(Oh, btw, that thing about getting $500 when you leave? I never got any money, and I don't think they are doing that anymore. When I left they told me I owed over $100,000 so maybe they put the $500 toward my "debt"....)

Heck yeah she was stubborn. If she thought something was out-tech or just wrong she would NOT give in. I saw her weather a lot of sh*t, I guess the last one she couldn't make it thru. Or maybe she decided to leave. I don't know.

Monet was really close friends with the Chief Off when I was there. The Chf Off was really upset about me - well, really pissed at me. But we had been friends before that. What's her name? She is tall - like Monet. Hmm. Curly redish hair. Dang I suck with names. Maybe from C/Sing too many folders. I remember people by the insides of their folders, not the names on the outside. Too many folders passing through.
