I still don't not know what Marty is driving at with these videos? Does he consider himself clear, OT, or what?

In my opinion he has finally come to the point in video #19. He says that all the "hardball" the CofS played with the IRS was simply to get them to the table. Once they were there it was all legitimate from then on.

In other words the tax exemption was totally deserved.

I think this is a statement from DM that not only is Marty a totally unreliable witness, having contradicted himself so many times, but also if anyone is going to challenge the IRS ruling then they can forget any thoughts they may have had of Marty helping them.
