Oh man, pain can be a BITCH. One of the best and easiest remedies I found was, of all things, WATER. high-quality water. Like Crystal Geyser water. I used to drink a lot of it.

Water be the best medicine out there. It has kept my kidney working, it hydrates the brain (and all muscles)...simply put it is nature's answer. Best to be water with no chloride or flouride in it.

I have 2 wives-one I love and the other got her hooks into me -20 years ago and her name is "pain"---sometimes it gets to be -too much-today is one of those days---she is relentless but sometimes she "let's it be"........
 
Fkn bummer. I am not one of those who gets any kick at all out of someone's pain. My heart goes out to you, and for you I have a LOT of heart. KhEErist, you're family.
 
Not to change the subject from Unka Sammie's pain, but to at least keep a hot subject hot: I have noticed Mr. Smith's "location" is "Carolina in my mind", and that sounds like a very interesting location. I did a google on "Carolina" and, of course, found something. Things like:
