Where as I have not directly experienced abuse with my own eyes, I can listen to somebody alegedly having been abused and being pissed off for that.

Even when to me such reality it is not necesarily solid, after all is is somebody else reality.

But if I go and say to somebody, and tell him ;

"No, you did NOT were abused, you are hallucinating, what you think that you remember it was all dub-in, it did not happened at all, it is just your imagination"

That is reverse scientology.

That is black scientology.

This is was what done to me.

It is a rude action, it is rotten, it is hipocritycal coming from somebody alegedly hurt by the cult, and is just wrong.

That is what ITOLDYOUIWSTROUBLE did and was the reason I did a pre-emtive strike, but I named SMILA as I thougth it was her.

I was wrong. She was the wrong person.

The original message stand once this mistake has been corrected.

Jeez, Intrepido34, noticing your response, I was about to validate you further for your excellent work in doing a Dianetic Assist followed by an excellent job of running a Havingness process. I was also about to delete my responses to your posts and let you have a fresh start, once you straightened out the problem, then I read your response and explanation, and decided that I'd better leave my responses as they are.

You still deserve to be validated for the Assist that you did, and even more importantly, you helped another, which is what really matters.

It's good that you're an auditor, not so good that you're a Scientologist.

By the way, I was not abused in Scientology, and my responses do not arise from by-passed charge.

The (1998) scan of the first (1986) edition available on the Net isn't very readable, so, if you're interested, try to hunt down a later edition - some libraries have the revised and updated 3rd edition.

The other is an examination of Scientology, and its tech, as it was under L. Ron Hubbard (pre-Miscavige) during the 1960s and 1970s, also written by an experienced auditor.

So suprised for this post. It had some.... lets say FZ warmth.

Thank you! Yes, that is what I think, what really matter is to help somebody.

Some people tend to invalidate help if is done using a metodology (technology if you please) developed (or allegedly stolen) by Ron Hubbard.

I am not so picky in choosing the perfect holy source for taking a data that can be applied.

If I were not a scientologist...how could I be then an auditor? Just curious.

I thought you were abused...if not how come you are so bitter? Just pure rottenness of your heart or something else?

Thank you for the link, that was one of the first books that I read when i started to see the net in the late nineties, I remember how slow it was to download, for not mentioning how slow it was to download porn, it took forever!

You don't have to wear any label ie. Scientologist, etc to do auditing.

I no longer consider myself a Scientologist.

I do auditing. I use everything I ever learned on the briefing course. I do book one. other stuff too (knowledgism, my own stuff, etc)

One day, some years back, I was at my mechanics shop. One of his employees was hitting the corrugated metal walls with his bare fists as hard as he could.

I no longer remember what was troubling him, other than some woman.

At that time I stopped him, took him aside and ran 8C on him. (Look at that wall, walk over to that wall, touch that wall, turn around) for awhile. Then I set him in a parked car and ran the upset, then ran O/Ws on him. I returned two more days and gave him some unmetered sessions sitting in a car outside the shop.

It turned out that he was wanted by the police in more than one jurisdiction. He arranged to surrender himself, plead guilty, and serve a few week ends in jail. He cleaned up his tickets, and all of his flights from the law.

He showed up at work on time; he dressed better.

About six months later he was driving by a house that was on fire. He ran into it, and saved a woman and her child. When the firemen arrived, they said he could have been killed running through the flames. He was a hero. he seemed to have made up for his (formerly) evil ways.

Labels. I wish we could do without labels.

There are other subjects - "offshoots" mainly. Depending on the exact subject and also on your viewpoint, these others are a little or a lot similar to Scientology. Their creators have used different names for various reasons, but it is, in a broad sense, still about helping self and others.

Some call their "PCs" "clients". Some called "auditors" "facilitators" - or whatever. It is still auditing - if you want to choose that word.

"Only a scientologist can be an auditor" is an "everybody knows" fact, as Ron would say.

Auditor = one who listens.

Where does Scientology come into the picture?

There were Dianetic auditors before the word Scientology came into use. And I don't think Dianetic/Scientology auditing is the only form of auditing that should be called auditing.

Especially silly is the idea some Sea Org members I know have stuck in their heads: auditing can only be done with a meter. Uh...

Your question as to how someone could be an auditor and not be a Scientologist has already been answered by several others. I hope to your satisfaction.

I was disappointed by your response to the poster, 'I told you I was trouble', especially as it came over five months after the post by 'ITYIWT', and was attached to the end of an otherwise very positive post.

I strongly recommend that you read the suggested items to which I linked.
