I suspect that if you were 'in good standing' and asked for such a list, it would be a first step to getting on the 'list' yourself :)

Any such list would be *sooooooo* Out PR and horrifying that it'll be as secret as what flavor Preparation H David Miscavige likes to munch and where the bodies are buried.

You may be right, Zinj.

There was a time when any Scio could go to HCO and ask to see it.

"Gladicus" and I talk about this in this thread:
http://www.forum.exscn.net/showthread.php?t=17835

I've been out since '93, so perhaps this practice has been changed.

The thing is, a WISE company might be able to get it, perhaps by saying,"We don't want to mistakenly hire any SPs"... maybe some ex-WISE person could verify this?

Is any way to find out that somebody's name is on the list? I need it for a friend who is not sure if the name is on the list or not.

I'm assuming it's not your friend's name you're trying to find out about. For someone else, it would really depend on whether you *want* the name to be on the list or not. If you ask the 'Church' and the name *isn't* on the list, it could be enough to set the ball rolling to get it on. A member 'in good standing' who asked at the 'Church' about someone else's 'standing' would probably face some questions as to 'why do you want to know? Do you know something about this person that *we* dont'?' etc.

Talk about a 'loaded' question. Sheesh.

LOL.. That's why I'm not asking the church..
I wish they was publishing the list like they used to do..I mean, when you want criminal history, you ask police dep.Even public records. And if you want some info from CofS,it's a secret.:confused2:
I'd like to find the list and publish it on the web.

Well, it *has* to be available to some ethics officers/OSA terminals etc, but, I'd bet it's one of the most secret documents in ScientologyLand. So, anybody can *ask* about one person, but, almost nobody will know the whole list.

How many 'doubt' conditions' would result if a *whole* list were made public? *HOW MANY PEOPLE???*

Still, with the 'rate of blow' being what it is, it's not impossible that someone will show up with a printout :)

CURRENT LIST OF DECLARED SP's

1. Not Ron.

2. Not Dave.

3. Not terminals currently paying money to or collecting money for the CoS.

4. Everyone else.

For persons in category 4 (Declared and wishing to work thru their condition) their only terminal is the Registrar.

Before the internet anti-scientology era I don't think people would have thought too much about supplying names of SPs in an area. These days though if someone ask for names worldwide things would be different. Whoever supplied the names would have to have info from all over the place so they would be someone closer to INT and they would not usually be dealing with requests from the public for anything, just business from staff "terminals", so for that reason alone it would seem unusual to them.
I wouldn't be suprised if WISE people who are in good standing and are cash cows could weedle a list of SPs for a specific org area out of an HCO person, and it might be easier if they asked their favourite *reg* to get it. I'm sure that would have been very easy in the org I worked in, in the past, maybe even now, but there may be orders to be more careful these days.

Hey, I can not even get a copy of my own declare.

I spent so much time and money to achieve this level only to have my golden certificate taken away by the Golden Age of Security.:bigcry:

I am glad to see Scientology staff finally getting on study though :confused2:

Every time I call OSA ANZO for Michael Gordon or Cyrus Brooks or the AO looking for CJC they are on study.
The best is when I call the AO to speak to CJC and get told by reception that he is in the building only to then get transferred to Security who tell me he is on course.

Maybe I have it wrong maybe going on course is a secret thing, anybody got any ideas here.

Their admin is so far out, they probably don't have a current and complete list. They should just declare themselves and be done with it.

It'd be much easier to count the not-yet-Declared SPs.
The SPs are "everywhere/everyone".
The CofS is PTS Type 3 by Hubbard's definition.
