The simple answer is; you can't.

I suspect that if you were 'in good standing' and asked for such a list, it would be a first step to getting on the 'list' yourself
Any such list would be *sooooooo* Out PR and horrifying that it'll be as secret as what flavor Preparation H David Miscavige likes to munch and where the bodies are buried.

Is any way to find out that somebody's name is on the list? I need it for a friend who is not sure if the name is on the list or not.
I'm assuming it's not your friend's name you're trying to find out about. For someone else, it would really depend on whether you *want* the name to be on the list or not. If you ask the 'Church' and the name *isn't* on the list, it could be enough to set the ball rolling to get it on. A member 'in good standing' who asked at the 'Church' about someone else's 'standing' would probably face some questions as to 'why do you want to know? Do you know something about this person that *we* dont'?' etc.

Well, it *has* to be available to some ethics officers/OSA terminals etc, but, I'd bet it's one of the most secret documents in ScientologyLand. So, anybody can *ask* about one person, but, almost nobody will know the whole list. How many 'doubt' conditions' would result if a *whole* list were made public? *HOW MANY PEOPLE???* Still, with the 'rate of blow' being what it is, it's not impossible that someone will show up with a printout![]()
