The Pre-disposition to 'Believe'.......

.....seems to me to lie at the heart of the scientology phenomenon on all levels of the phenomenon. Scientific. Biologic. Philosophic. Historic & or Futuristic (et al). For the simple reason our Humanistic realities trump every aspect of our Being. And by Humanistic I simply mean 'the capacity to believe'. Unlike atoms for example.

Ok ok ok (lol) I confess a lack of clarity in the opening sentence of this short spontaneous essay, nonetheless, I believe I can make a reasonable argument to support and justify the fundamental idea. To wit:

What unites all disciplines and practicing affairs of all of humanity throughout all of time is one simple thing and that one simple thing is belief, itself. An actual reality expressed (or experienced) as being a potentiality in time. So to speak.

Ok ok ok, so my clarity seems to be diminishing (rapidly). Bear with me. Lol. Let me try to say this in another way...

.....the pink elephant standing in the livingroom of science is that all laws (physical) are subject to their adherents believing in time as a constant. In other words the four forces (electromagnetism, strong interaction, weak interaction and gravitation) all belong to time, as an axiomatic agreed upon reality. Whereas time is a mental construct....one belives in. And just as the believer is greater than the belief, the creator is greater than the creation. Which Truth misunderstood has caused all manner of unspeakable human behavior. Lol.

...the belief in biology is a horse of course of a different color. Though residing in the same stable so to speak. To wit: DNA is subject to a source, which source must exist in time. And time is a mental construct....

...in terms of philosophic realities, the pre-disposition to believe stands clear.

Darn. Times up.

Lol.

P.S. Belief transcends Time.

If we break some "laws" of physics, will we be punished?

Could you put this in other non-philisophical terms?

Today, Leslie Van Houton was denied parole. So far she has served 41 years. One of the things that the parole board considered was that she still has not come up with why she put herself under the spell of Manson in the first place.

Yes and no. Lol.

Depends on the definition of 'we'.

I do not claim the laws of physics are not valid (and consequentual) I merely claim that 'time' is a mental contruct which is not all inclusive of being (or perhaps better stated, is not inclusive of all being). And therefore all events (and or realities belonging to time) are not necessarily inclusive of all being.

Or something like that. Lol.

I haven't really read this yet, but, just jumping in, I *do* believe in revelation and have my own. I don't expect anyone to believe my revelations. Sometimes I'm comparing revelations with someone else and we realize that we share one. Which is fun :)

Doesn't mean anything, but, we can then both grin knowingly.
