I have seen them BACK here for the first time in YEARS!!! :yes:

Yesssirrrreeee....in May and June, then gone. I could not believe it. But I must admit the quantity was greatly reduced. Its now maybe 35 percent. But they were here.:D

I know that!! :) It was a humorous poke at your comment about going back to simpler times of the 18th Century. Couldn't let it slide...perfect slot for an old photobucket save. :wink2:

All night and this afternoon I've been helping to clean the barrels of the muzzleloaders for a show in Lodi. It is an 18th century frontiersman fair 30 minutes from here. We're takin the skins and the hardware kits and the unfinished stocks and ramrods and various powder horns, and piles of Muzzleblast magazines. So it was still fresh on my mind when I read your post. I edited my post so as to make it clear that the two identities are NOT the same. I can remove it if you like.

John Tristeo, an ex Scientologist, who used to be one of the drummers for People!, now plays with CC Revisited (without John Fogerty)

My favorite (true) John Fogerty story was told by Gary Mora one day on KYA (The Boss of the Bay).

There was this IBM exec renting a boat down in Florida. He asked the owner of the boat rental place if there was anyone, who could guide him to good fishing spots. The guy said, "John over there might help you."

The IBM exec asked the hippy, John if he'd take him out and show him the good spots. John obliged. When the exec was done with the boat for the day, he thanked the rental owner for hooking him up with John. He said john was great, and he should get a raise.

It was then that he learned that John wasn't an employee, and he could by and sell the IBM exec.
