You got your various levels of Christian. Think sliding scale.
-Put up the Christmas tree type
-Go to the Easter service and maybe Midnight mass and can recite the Lord's Prayer and mumble through the Nicene/Apostle Creed type
-Ricky Bobby
-Regular goer's, salt of the earth type
-Tied in the wool, pray every day, in your face type
-True Christians who exemplify the example of Christ by dedicating their lives to helping others with very little focus on self needs.
Theoretically, you can be any of the above while being a Scientologist.
From my experience, you might put up a Christmas tree, but only a minority of public (not staff) will be able to be regular goer's. As soon as an ethics issue pops up, you're explaining your beliefs and having sessions devoted to religious participation. As an OT, going through that gauntlet of ethics and sec checking... forget Jesus.
I don't know Juliette Lewis but have to assume she's a Christmas tree type.
The Christians I've known get a testy when challenged about their beliefs--if they believe.
Don't lose sight of the fact that we in the West live in a Judeo Christian culture whose laws are based on the Bible. By many standards, Juliette is indeed a Christian, just like the rest of us living in the West.
A true Christian wouldn't have you donate your life to Scientology.
A true Scientologist wouldn't be a let someone be a true Christian very often, well, maybe on Christmas Day but they wouldn't sign a CSW to let you have Christmas day off unless your stats were up.

Then again, what should I expect? It's just another short-sighted comment by an actress who has had to respond to the Scientology question again and again and again. I expect at this point, her comments are so canned she barely realizes what she's saying.
A real Christian can be something sublime, and rare.

From my experience, no. There are many fringe christians ( including Catholic christians ) whose ideas of being a christian have nothing to do with being a christian. Celebrating Christmas and calling onself a christian does not make one a christian.

JL: I’m a Christian! I think there’s so much confusion because people don’t understand a religion where you can be another religion but you can still practice Scientology. That’s why it’s completely progressive. It’s just tools for living. It’s about understanding one’s self and others and compassion and how to communicate better and how to live in this troubled society. It’s really basic, common sense stuff. It has nothing to do with all this funny folklore that surrounds it. You could be a Jewish Scientologist or a Buddhist Scientologist or a Christian Scientologist or anything else.

I don't believe Scientology is compatible with any religion. It isn't a religion, and its business model sets it at odds with the beliefs of all the faith communities I've ever known, and also with the systems of morality that many atheists and humanists observe.
But to address the 'Christian Scientologist' issue of the OP, I'd day this:
Sure, there are many kinds of Christian. Including the lapsed kind that haven't said a prayer in a long, long time, and the kind who have never got around to reading the Bible. Also the kind who don't quite get it, but will go to church for a wedding, Christening or funeral.
Whatever... none of my business! But if a person is any sort of Christian, I think they ought to have heard this somewhere along the way:
God is love.
To the Scientologist, God is out-exchange, and is weak for being compassionate.
Those who describe themselves as Christian Scientologists, therefore, must either be cynical liars, or fools, or on their way out of Scientology.

And that presumes that YOU can define what "really being a Christian" means. That is the inherent logical fallacy.
It is certainly possible to derive definitions which aren't compatible, but it is also true that there are people for whom their own definition is compatible. Different strokes for different folks.
