Its a link to a bittorrent download. You would need a bittorrent client to download it. It is the video from the OT Summit last year.
OK, I only made it through about 15 minutes, before my disgust for Miscavige and the CoS made me shut it off. Just who is he bullsh*tting, anyway??
It's not that "the materials were being studied in an incorrect order." It's the that CoS doesn't give a rat's ass about it's public, staff, or SO members. That's the wolf biting their ass.

A friend received a DVD from the cult. it was the 2007 Congress.
It is a very slick presentation and clearly the manic midgit has rehearsed and drilled his speech.
It reminds me of clips I saw of the Nurenburg rallies where another small man ranted and raved.
