Rey Robles - in above video - appears to making some kind of attempt at convincing former Sea Org members that they are still bound by their Sea Org contracts, with him, apparently, the new leader of the Sea Org, or its equivalent. He's attempting to do this by reading from Pat Broeker's old 'The Sea Org and the Future'. I mean, what can one say?

The 'Executive Directive' was mailed out over twenty-five years ago, and was very official looking. It wasn't written by Hubbard. It didn't come from inside the CofS.

The way to deal with these poor folks is to have them sit and look at a rock until the constraints of the delusion pass.
